Badger Maps pricing plans: Business and Enterprise

Badger Maps pricing is built around two tiers, both per user per month, both cheaper on annual billing. Only Business has a self-serve trial; the Enterprise column's only call to action is "Talk to Sales".

All cell contents are quoted or condensed from badgermapping.com/pricing, checked 29 July 2026. Badger notes records are "unlimited ... for CRM integrated users" on both tiers. Route optimisation is stated as "up to 120 stops" on both.

The record and field caps are the part most buyers miss. If your book of business is 3,000 accounts in a spreadsheet rather than a connected CRM, the Business tier's 2,000-record cap puts you on Enterprise pricing from day one.

Badger Maps add-on pricing: the Territory Suite

Badger's pricing page says "Straightforward pricing with no hidden fees" and "No setup fees. No integration fees." The same page sells four territory products separately, described as tools "you can buy independently or add on to any of Badger Maps' plans". None of that is hidden; it is simply further down the page than the headline number.

What sits inside them, per Badger's own feature lists: Align covers territory creation, alignment, optimisation and scenario planning. Lead Routing assigns incoming leads to reps by territory. Insights is the analytics layer with heat maps, bubble maps and demographic overlays. Scoreboard is leaderboards and gamification.

We are not going to print a "real total price" for you, because which add-ons you need depends on your team. The arithmetic is straightforward though: a manager who wants territory design, analytics and leaderboards is buying three products on top of the seat.

Badger Maps price history: $49 to $58 since 2020

Badger Maps pricing has not stood still. Archived copies of their own pricing page let us track the number over time.

That is an increase of roughly 18% on both the seat and the integration fee, landing between mid-2022 and early 2024. Two other changes across the same snapshots: a "$50 Setup" fee listed in 2020 and 2022 no longer appears, and the advertised trial grew from 7 to 14 days.

Badger Maps free trial: read the fine print

There is no free version of Badger Maps. The trial exists on the Business tier, and Badger's own pages describe it three different ways, all live at the same time when we checked:

• The pricing page and site-wide buttons advertise: "Get a 14-Day Free Trial".
• The signup overlay says: "No Credit Card Required For 7 Days".
• The knowledge base article titled "How Long is the Free Trial" explains: "The free trial is around 4 to 14 days. You have 4 days of free trial upon signing up, and you can extend it to 3 more days after completing your profile. You can also get another 7 days once you subscribe to any of our plans."

Read together: you get 4 days by default, 7 with a completed profile, and the count only reaches 14 after you have subscribed to a paid plan. We are quoting all three so you can plan your evaluation window; ask Badger which applies to your account.

The counterweight is genuinely strong: Badger offers a "90-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked", announced in a banner on the pricing page. If you buy and it does not work out, that is a real exit.

The cost that is not on the pricing page: CRM integration

Badger's knowledge base describes four ways to connect a CRM, in its own words a set of methods "that increase in complexity and cost". The first two are free: linking CRM page URLs into Badger, and importing a spreadsheet snapshot, of which Badger says "the two would not talk to each other". The third is "an automated, one way integration or FTP integration" that "will require a deployment". The fourth is the real thing:

The fourth method is a bi-directional integration, this method allows every change to be instantly reflected in both Badger and in your CRM. This type of integration depends on the CRM you use, customizations and level of integration you need. When companies have ~20 sales reps in Badger, we recommend going for the last two integration methods. ... The listed price for a custom CRM integration was $3,480 on the archived pricing pages. For the eleven natively supported CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, Pipedrive, monday.com, Insightly, SugarCRM, Veeva, Odoo), the Business tier includes "Standard CRM integration: 2-way, native, real time". If your CRM is not on that list, budget for the deployment.

Badger Maps cost vs alternatives

At ten reps, the annual-billing gap between Badger Business and Lead Mapper is $310 a month before any add-on: $580 versus $270. Add Insights for one manager and Scoreboard for the team of ten and the gap roughly doubles. Against that, Badger brings a decade of training material, eleven native CRM integrations including Salesforce, and the deepest territory tooling in the category, which is exactly what the add-ons buy.

Is Badger Maps worth it?

Worth it if: you run Salesforce or another CRM on Badger's native list, you want the most mature territory tooling available and will actually use Align or Insights, or you are a single rep in a larger org expensing your own tools and the 90-day guarantee removes the risk. The product's ratings back this up: G2 4.7 from 336 reviews, Capterra 4.6 from 204 (July 2026).

Think twice if: your accounts live in a spreadsheet above the 2,000-record cap, you need more than 30 custom fields on the Business tier, your routes run past 120 stops, or you are buying for a whole team where the seat-plus-add-on arithmetic compounds. Also worth knowing the platform gap: iOS holds 4.5 from 1.1K ratings while Google Play sits at 4.0 from 399, so test on the phones your reps actually carry.
