How much does Leadbeam cost? The short answer
Starter: $59 per rep per month paid annually, or $89 paid monthly. Pro: $149 paid annually, or $229 paid monthly. Enterprise: "Volume pricing", "Talk to sales" (leadbeam.ai/pricing, read 27 September 2026, unchanged from our first read on 29 July 2026).
Two things decide the real bill. Every plan button reads "Book a demo" or "Talk to sales", and there is no free trial on the page. And route planning (Compass) and "Territory Mapping" are listed under Pro, not Starter, so a team buying Leadbeam for maps and routes starts at $149 per rep per month, or $1,788 per rep per year, by our arithmetic.
Where this comes from
Every price and quote below was read on leadbeam.ai (pricing page, home page, feature pages, integration docs) on the date shown, plus Leadbeam's profiles on G2, the Apple App Store and Google Play. We build Lead Mapper, a competitor; that is why nothing here is characterised from memory and every multiplication is labelled as ours. Prices change, verify before you buy. All eight tools side by side in our field sales software comparison.
Leadbeam pricing plans at a glance
| Plan | Paid annually / rep / mo | Paid monthly / rep / mo | Route planning and territory mapping | How you buy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $59 | $89 | Not listed | "Book a demo" |
| Pro ("Recommended") | $149 | $229 | "Unlimited Compass", "Territory Mapping" | "Book a demo" |
| Enterprise | "Volume pricing" | "Volume pricing" | Everything in Pro | "Talk to sales" |
Plan names, prices, labels and buttons verbatim from leadbeam.ai/pricing, read 29 July and 27 September 2026 with identical figures. The page shows prices as "USD /Rep/Month" and a toggle "Monthly / Yearly" marked "35% discount". No seat minimum is published on the page.
The page is headed "Give your Field teams what they need to win" with the subline "Pricing plans designed for field teams of all sizes". SPOTIO and Route4Me publish no prices at all. What the numbers do not tell you is that Leadbeam sells six named modules, and the plan you need depends on which of them your reps would use.
Starter: $59 per rep per month annually, $89 monthly
The entry plan, verbatim from the monthly view: "Unlimited Pulse", described as voice and image to CRM, "Unlimited Beamly / Unlimited Custom Fields / iOS & Android / Connect to any CRM / 100+ languages & accents / Call, task & note logging / LinkedIn Enrichment & Studio Dashboard / 1-day onboarding".
Starter is a capture plan. Pulse is the module Leadbeam describes as "Log everything in under 12 seconds. Drop a voice note or a photo. Leadbeam writes the visit log, updates contacts, schedules the next step, and maps it all to the right CRM fields." (home page, read 27 September 2026). Beamly is the briefing assistant, and Studio the manager dashboard. What Starter does not list is Compass, Leadbeam's route planner, or any line containing "territory".
One detail is worth checking in the demo. On the annual view, the same Starter list carries "Studio Access" where the monthly view carries "LinkedIn Enrichment & Studio Dashboard". That difference was on the page on 29 July and still on 27 September. We do not read more into it than the wording; ask which list applies to the contract you sign.
Pro: $149 per rep per month annually, $229 monthly
Pro is the tier Leadbeam marks "Recommended". It adds, verbatim: "Everything in Starter / Unlimited Compass / Atlas Territory Intelligence / Unlimited Atlas Lead Scoring / Territory Mapping / 1,000 Enrichment Tokens / rep / month / Custom Meeting Battlecards / Dedicated Success Manager / Unlimited Priority Support".
This is where the mapping product lives. Compass "sequences up to 50 stops a day around the things that actually matter - your calendar's fixed meetings, live business hours from Atlas, real-time traffic" (leadbeam.ai/features/compass, read 27 September 2026), and it re-plans during the day: "A meeting moves to 3 PM, Compass adjusts the rest of the day." Atlas is the data layer, "30M+ businesses enriched with 30+ signals, ranked by who to visit first", a vendor figure we report as their claim.
The step from Starter to Pro is $90 per rep per month on annual billing and $140 on monthly billing, our subtraction. For a buyer who came for routes and territories, that step is not optional, and Pro's $149 is the entry price that matters.
Enterprise: volume pricing, talk to sales
Enterprise has no number. The column reads "Volume pricing" and "Talk to sales" and adds, verbatim: "Everything in Pro / Unlimited Custom Objects / Custom Integrations / Custom Enrichment Data Points / Custom Token Volumes / Custom CRM Configuration / Custom Implementation / Dedicated Support + SLA / Optional White-Label".
Two of those lines are the ceiling of the Pro plan. "Custom Token Volumes" is the way past Pro's 1,000 enrichment tokens per rep per month, and "Custom Integrations" is the way to a CRM that Leadbeam does not document (more on that below). If your requirements touch either, your price is a quote, not a list price.
Annual vs monthly Leadbeam pricing: what the 35% toggle means
Leadbeam is the only vendor in our field sales software price index whose monthly and annual rates sit this far apart. The toggle advertises "35% discount" for yearly billing. Worked from the published figures, the discount is 34.9 percent on Pro ($229 to $149) and 33.7 percent on Starter ($89 to $59), our arithmetic.
Seen from the other side, the monthly option is a $30 per rep per month premium on Starter and $80 on Pro, or $360 and $960 per rep per year, by our arithmetic. For comparison, Badger Maps publishes $58 annual against $69 monthly on its Business plan, a 19 percent gap by the same arithmetic, and Map My Customers publishes no monthly price at all.
Leadbeam pricing history: unchanged between our two reads
We read the Leadbeam pricing page twice, on 29 July and on 27 September 2026. All four prices, the three plan names, the "Recommended" label on Pro, the 35% toggle and every feature line quoted above were identical. G2's pricing module agreed in July: "Starter $59.00, 1 Rep Per Month" (read 20 July 2026).
Further back there is nothing to compare: web archive snapshots of the page begin in February 2025 and carry no extractable prices.
Which modules each Leadbeam plan buys
Leadbeam's navigation names six products, each with a half sentence: "Atlas Find the right doors. / Beamly Walk in fully briefed. / Studio See the whole field. / Compass Sequence the perfect day. / Pulse Speak. CRM updated. / Leadbeam CRM Built for the field." (read 27 September 2026). Mapped against the pricing page, they split like this:
| Module | What Leadbeam says it does | First plan that lists it |
|---|---|---|
| Pulse | "Voice, photos or text any combination turned into the fully customized set of CRM records your team needs in 12 seconds." | Starter, "Unlimited Pulse" |
| Beamly | "Voice or text in, briefings, battle cards, and answers out in seconds" | Starter, "Unlimited Beamly" |
| Studio | "Real-time pipeline visibility, live territory intelligence, and AI-surfaced coaching signals" | Starter, "Studio Dashboard" (monthly) or "Studio Access" (annual) |
| Compass | "sequences up to 50 stops a day" | Pro, "Unlimited Compass" |
| Atlas | "Not a lead list. A live map of your territory" | Pro, "Atlas Territory Intelligence", "Unlimited Atlas Lead Scoring" |
| Territory Mapping | listed as its own line | Pro |
Module descriptions verbatim from leadbeam.ai/features/pulse, /beamly, /studio, /compass and /atlas, read 29 July 2026, and the home page, read 27 September 2026. Plan assignment verbatim from leadbeam.ai/pricing, 27 September 2026. Leadbeam CRM does not appear as a line on the pricing page.
Two observations from the same pages belong next to this table. First, the footer product list on leadbeam.ai reads "CRM / Sales / Maps BETA" (read 27 September 2026), so Leadbeam itself labels its maps product beta while Compass and Atlas carry no such label. Second, the work Leadbeam describes is real routing, not a pin list: Compass "detects clusters and switches modes mid-day. Reps park once and walk the block, then drive to the next cluster", and mileage "logs itself the whole way IRS-defensible, reimbursement-ready". The buyer's question is whether routing is worth $149 per rep; compare our sales route planner and territory management software reviews.
What a five-rep team pays for Leadbeam per year
Because Leadbeam publishes per-rep prices and no seat minimum, its bill scales cleanly. Take five reps and a full year, then set the four Leadbeam options next to the published entry prices of three alternatives.
Inside Leadbeam, the plan matters more than the billing: Pro annual ($8,940) is 2.5 times Starter annual ($3,540). Across vendors, Leadbeam Starter annual sits next to Badger Business, but they do not buy the same thing: Badger's Business plan lists "route planning" among its features (badgermapping.com/pricing, read 27 September 2026), while Leadbeam's route planner is on Pro. Compare like for like, and a five-rep routing budget is $3,480 on Badger and $8,940 on Leadbeam, both annual. Your own headcount goes into our field sales software cost calculator.
Is there a Leadbeam free trial?
Not on the pricing page. Every plan button reads "Book a demo" (Starter, Pro) or "Talk to sales" (Enterprise), and the words "free trial" do not appear there (read 29 July and 27 September 2026). The home page offers "Request Demo" and "Book A Demo" in the same way.
Onboarding is a listed feature rather than a self-serve flow: Starter includes "1-day onboarding", Pro a "Dedicated Success Manager", and Enterprise "Custom Implementation". One customer quote on the pricing page describes the result: "Their bespoke onboarding fits our needs perfectly." You get a configured rollout, and no way to test the product on your own accounts first. Badger Maps offers a 14-day trial on its Business plan; Lead Mapper starts with a free trial and no call.
What the Leadbeam price connects to
Starter lists "Connect to any CRM", and the home page says Leadbeam "sits on top of Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP. No migration. No switching." (read 27 September 2026). G2 listed ten verified integrations in July, among them Agentforce Sales, Dynamics 365 Sales, Pipedrive, SAP Sales Cloud and Zoho CRM (read 20 July 2026).
The documentation is narrower. Leadbeam's docs, headed "Leadbeam CRM Integration Guides", contain exactly two guides: "HubSpot Integration" and "Salesforce Integration" (read 29 July 2026). For everything else, the FAQ answers: "Yes, we can build custom integrations for all CRMs. Our team can set this up within a week." Both documented guides describe an assisted setup rather than a click-through:
- HubSpot needs "Super Admin rights or the ability to download apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace", and the request is approved by Leadbeam before "you'll be redirected to a Connect to HubSpot Screen instead of a Calendly link."
- Salesforce: "Before users integrate Leadbeam with Salesforce, a System Administrator must create an app in Salesforce with the Leadbeam team."
That fits who reviews the product. Salesforce is the recurring use case in Leadbeam's App Store reviews, for example "No more spending additional time on salesforce logging in activity" (November 2024). If your CRM is HubSpot or Salesforce, the price buys a documented path. If it is anything else, ask in the demo whether the custom integration is included in your plan or sits under Enterprise's "Custom Integrations". How the category handles CRM sync is laid out in our CRM mapping software matrix, and our own HubSpot setup in Lead Mapper for HubSpot.
One wording question is worth raising too. The pricing FAQ answers "Are you a CRM replacement?" with "No, Leadbeam is a CRM companion. We integrate seamlessly into your existing CRM.", while the feature page /features/crm is headed "The only AI-Native CRM built for Field Sales." Both statements were on leadbeam.ai on 28 July 2026. If you are buying Leadbeam to sit on top of your CRM, confirm that the CRM product is not part of the plan you are quoted.
On security, Leadbeam publishes the strongest position in the category: "enterprise-grade security (SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, GDPR-compliant)" (Google Play description, read 29 July 2026).
What reviewers say, and how many of them there are
Leadbeam's ratings are excellent and its rating base is the smallest in the field. On G2 it held 4.8 from 82 reviews, 77 five-star and 5 four-star, with nothing below four stars (read 20 July 2026). The App Store showed 4.7 from 15 ratings (27 July 2026). Google Play showed no ratings and "100+" downloads (29 July 2026).
The criticism we recorded is about edges of the product rather than its price. A G2 reviewer in July 2026: "when optimizing, it would remove locations from your route that were closed. There was no way around it." Another, April 2026: "there are times when a business listed is no longer in the area, so keeping those listings current would be helpful." G2's own summary counted "Slow Performance (4), Inaccurate Data (3)" as the cons. Attributed single voices, set against a profile with no review below four stars.
The chart is not a quality verdict. It shows how Leadbeam sells: through demos to teams that roll out on iPhones, not through app stores. The reviews that exist are unanimous and few, so a reference call with a customer of your size is worth more than the star average. Leadbeam names its customers openly; its pricing page quotes SumUp, Otter and Turmsy, each marked "Leadbeam user since 2023".

| Map My Customers | $99 annual | 5 users | $495 | No, demo and pilot |
| SimplyDepo | $69 (1 to 5 reps) | "No minimum users" | $69 | 30-day free trial |
| SPOTIO | Not published | "5+ field sales professionals" | Not computable | No |
Read on each vendor's own pricing page on 27 Sep 2026, except Lead Mapper (our own published price). Smallest order is our multiplication of entry price and minimum. Deeper analyses: Badger Maps pricing, SalesRabbit pricing, Map My Customers pricing, SPOTIO pricing and Route4Me pricing.
Read the table by what you are buying. If the job is capture, voice notes turned into CRM records with a review step, Leadbeam Starter is the product built around exactly that, and $59 annual is in line with the category's entry prices. If the job is maps, routes and territories, Leadbeam's relevant price is Pro at $149 annual, the highest published routing entry in the table, about two and a half times Badger Business and five and a half times Lead Mapper, our arithmetic. Head-to-heads: Lead Mapper vs Badger Maps, and the full field in our SalesRabbit alternatives review, which also compares published stop limits.
Six questions to settle before you sign
- Which modules do our reps need? Pulse, Beamly and Studio are Starter; Compass, Atlas and Territory Mapping are Pro. Price the plan your must-haves sit on, not the entry.
- Which Starter list applies to our billing? The monthly view lists "LinkedIn Enrichment & Studio Dashboard", the annual view "Studio Access".
- What happens past 1,000 enrichment tokens? Pro includes "1,000 Enrichment Tokens / rep / month"; the published way beyond it is Enterprise's "Custom Token Volumes", with no overage price on the page.
- Is our CRM a documented integration or a custom build? The docs cover HubSpot and Salesforce. For anything else, ask whether "Custom Integrations" is billed separately.
- Are 50 stops a day enough? That is Compass's stated limit. Badger Maps states "up to 120 stops" per route.
- What does "Maps BETA" cover? Leadbeam's own footer labels its maps product beta. Ask which parts of Compass and Atlas are generally available on your start date.
Who Leadbeam pricing makes sense for
- Teams on Salesforce or HubSpot whose bottleneck is logging. Pulse drafts the records and "You confirm them", and the two documented integrations are exactly these CRMs.
- Buyers with a security review. SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and GDPR are published, which no other vendor in our comparison states together.
- Reps in dense metros. Compass switching between driving and walking is a capability we have not seen documented elsewhere in the category.
- Teams who want to try before a call: no free trial, every plan starts with "Book a demo".
- Buyers who mainly need maps, routes and territories: those start at Pro, $149 annual or $229 monthly per rep.
- Reps running more than 50 stops a day, the stated Compass limit.
If your team is in the second half of that list, the shortlist is in our best field sales software guide, the mechanics of a daily visit plan are in sales route planning, and territory design without an enterprise contract is in sales territory mapping.
