Map My Customers alternatives: the short answer
Map My Customers costs a 20 rep team $23,760 to $83,580 a year at list price ($99, $139 or $199 per user per month, paid annually, minimums of 5, 10 and 35 users, read 8 Oct 2026). The same 20 reps on the alternatives with a published price: Lead Mapper $6,480 (no seat minimum, month to month), eSpatial $9,980, Maptive $10,000, SimplyDepo $11,760, Badger Maps $13,920, Leadbeam and SalesRabbit $14,160, RepMove $19,200.
Before you switch: MMC renews automatically unless written notice arrives 30 days before the term ends, and seats cannot be reduced during a term. Miss that date and a second full year is billed: $23,760 at 20 reps, of which $21,780 goes unused if you move one month into it (model).
| The question | The answer, in one line |

| Cheapest of the 8 priced alternatives | Lead Mapper, $6,480 for 20 reps, no seat minimum, month to month |
| No named seat minimum and a monthly price | Lead Mapper, Badger Maps, SimplyDepo, Leadbeam |
| Alternatives with no published price | SPOTIO ("custom pricing", teams of 5 or more), Outfield, Mapsly, Lystloc |
| Last day to stop the MMC renewal | 30 days before your term ends, in writing (terms 13.2) |
What Map My Customers costs at 20, 40 and 100 reps
Source: mapmycustomers.com/pricing, read 8 October 2026. The page says "Priced per seat, paid annually" and lists Industry Leader at $99, Enterprise at $139 and Field Intelligence at $199 per user per month. Its FAQ sets the floors: "The minimum is 5 users for the Industry Leader plan, 10 users for Enterprise, and 35 users for Field Intelligence plans." Plans "are based on a 12-month commitment".
| Plan | Per user per month | Minimum | 20 reps a year | 40 reps a year | 100 reps a year |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Mapper | $27, month to month | none | $6,480 | $12,960 | $32,400 |
| MMC Industry Leader | $99, paid annually | 5 | $23,760 | $47,520 | $118,800 |
| MMC Enterprise | $139, paid annually | 10 | $33,360 | $66,720 | $166,800 |
| MMC Field Intelligence | $199, paid annually | 35 | $83,580 (35 seats) | $95,520 | $238,800 |
Model, here and below: our arithmetic on list price x max(reps, minimum) x 12, not a quote; no discounts, no add-ons. MMC says multi-year commitments and larger seat counts unlock better pricing, so the 100 rep rows are list price multiplied out, not a quote.
Per rep, Industry Leader is $1,188 a year and Lead Mapper $324: $864 per rep, $17,280 for 20 reps, $34,560 for 40. Your own number is reps x $324 against reps x $1,188: at 45 reps, $14,580 against $53,460. The seat floor is where it stops being a price question. A 20 rep team that wants Field Intelligence pays for 35 seats; the 15 empty ones cost 15 x $199 x 12 = $35,820 a year, more than Lead Mapper costs for 100 reps ($32,400). Section 4.2 of MMC's terms adds that fees are "based on subscriptions and quantities purchased, not actual use" and that the customer "may not reduce quantities during a subscription term". A rep who leaves in month three stays on the invoice until the term ends. Plan by plan detail and the minimum's history: Map My Customers pricing.

Model: rate x max(reps, minimum) x 12; Maptive $2,500 + (reps minus 5) x $500; eSpatial $499 x reps. All prices from each vendor's /pricing page, 8 Oct 2026. Outfield, Mapsly and Lystloc showed no dollar figure in the page text and are left out. Canvassing tools that price per territory or for door to door (Ecanvasser, Knockio) are not in this account-routing table.
Two readings for a leader with 20 to 100 reps. First, at every team size Lead Mapper is the cheapest tool in the table, 27 percent of MMC Industry Leader: $6,480 against $23,760 at 20 reps, $32,400 against $118,800 at 100. Second, four tools name no seat minimum and bill monthly: Lead Mapper, Badger Maps, SimplyDepo and Leadbeam. Billed month to month, Lead Mapper is $27; Badger Maps is $69 and Leadbeam $89, and SimplyDepo's $49 is its yearly rate. If the 12 month term is why you are leaving MMC, run Lead Mapper next to it: routing, drive-time territories from 1 to 60 minutes and a mileage log we build for your team are in the $27.
Why the ranking pages for map my customers alternatives show a different price
The pages that rank for this search are written by vendors who want you to switch to them. We read the three that name a Map My Customers price on 8 October 2026 and put them next to MMC's own page from the same day.
| Ranking page | What it says MMC costs | What mapmycustomers.com/pricing says | Minimums or contract named? |
|---|---|---|---|
| SPOTIO blog, dated 23 Jul 2026 | $60 per user per month, "Team plan: $105 per user per month" | $99 / $139 / $199, paid annually | Not for MMC. For itself: "Five-user minimum. Contact SPOTIO for a quote." |
| Leadbeam comparison page ("market research May 2026") | "$55 - 129 /user/month", in the column we read as MMC's (the page does not label it) | Nothing at $55; $139 and $199 outside the range | No |
| Outfield comparison page | "quote-based pricing" | Three published list prices | No numbers at all |
Three pages, three different answers, none matching the vendor's own page. A VP Sales who budgets from the SPOTIO blog plans $14,400 for 20 reps and gets a quote for $23,760 with a 5 seat floor (model: $60 and $99 x 20 x 12).
And every tool that presents itself as the exit has a catch of its own on its own pricing page. SPOTIO publishes no price and its help center defines the license commitment as "the MINIMUM number of licenses you will be charged for at each billing date". RepMove's $80 plan starts at 11 users. eSpatial bills at least 3 users a year in advance. Maptive sells a 5 user package. SalesRabbit offers "contracts from one to three years". Renewal terms in full: SPOTIO alternatives, SalesRabbit alternatives, eSpatial pricing, Badger Maps pricing.
Put your rep count next to the MMC line.
Your reps x $27 is the whole monthly bill: $540 for 20, $1,080 for 40, $2,700 for 100. No seat minimum, nothing prepaid for a year. Connect your CRM and run one rep's real route in the 7 day trial, no sales call.

On Industry Leader, MMC's pricing page lists territory management as "Manual", a record limit of 50,000 and 10 custom fields; the mileage tracker is an "Add-on". Smart territory, advanced routing and open API access start at Enterprise ($139, minimum 10 users).
| Capability | MMC Industry Leader ($99, min 5) | MMC Enterprise ($139, min 10) | Lead Mapper ($27, no minimum) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Territories | Manual | Smart territory | Drive-time territories from 1 to 60 minutes, assigned per rep |
| Routing | Advanced routing not included | Advanced routing | Optimized route per rep, every day, re-sorted from the phone |
| CRM | CRM sync | CRM sync | Reads accounts from 12 CRMs; we set up two-way sync for your team: visits and notes written back |
| Open API | Not included | Included | We set up API access for your team |
| Mileage log | Add-on | Included | We build the mileage log for your team: planned miles per rep and month from every route, exported for reimbursement |
| Records | 50,000 | Unlimited | Every account your CRM holds |
To get smart territory, advanced routing and the API at MMC, a 20 rep team pays $33,360 a year on Enterprise. On Lead Mapper the same 20 reps cost $6,480, a fifth (model). If the mileage tracker is your only reason for the step from $99 to $139, that step is $40 per user per month, $9,600 a year at 20 reps. Our mileage reimbursement calculator for sales reps shows what those miles cost at both 2026 IRS rates.
The renewal clause in dollars: notice in time against notice missed
From the Master Subscription Agreement at mapmycustomers.com/terms, read 8 October 2026:
- 13.2: the order form "automatically renews for successive terms equal to the initial term unless either Party gives written notice of nonrenewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term."
- 4.2: "payment obligations are noncancelable; and fees paid are nonrefundable."
- 4.6: MMC gives price notice "at least sixty (60) days before renewal". Without it, pricing "shall increase by up to six and one quarter percent (6.25%) over the immediately preceding term without separate notice."
- 6.7: after the term, MMC "will make Customer Data available for export for thirty (30) days".
- 10.2: the remedy for downtime is Usage Credits; the customer "may not terminate an Order Form or receive any refund because of a warranty breach, service interruption, downtime".
| MMC Industry Leader, 20 reps | Notice sent 30 days before term end | Notice missed (renewal billed) |
|---|---|---|
| New MMC invoice | $0 | $23,760 at list, up to $25,245 without a price notice |
| Prepaid months unused after you move | about 1, already paid | 11: $21,780 at list, up to $23,141 |
| Lead Mapper during the overlap | one month, $540 (first 7 days free) | $540 a month |
| Cost of the date, 20 reps | $540 overlap | $21,780 to $23,141 unused |
Model: unused prepaid = 11/12 of the renewal invoice. 23,760 x 11/12 = 21,780; 25,245 x 11/12 = 23,141. Same arithmetic at 40 reps: $43,560 to $46,283; at 100 reps: $108,900 to $115,706. The 6.25% applies only if MMC sends no price notice; with notice the clause names no cap.
Two months on the calendar move a 20 rep team from $540 to more than $21,000, and a 45 rep team from $1,215 to $49,005 (model). Three Industry Leader terms at list cost a 20 rep team $71,280, up to $75,828 if every renewal takes the 6.25%, against $19,440 for three years of Lead Mapper. Renewal in four months? Your notice is due in about three: start the 7 day trial now and work back from the calendar below.
Pro tip: the cancellation calendar and a switch in one week
The date that matters is the notice, not the renewal. Find your term end on the order form (your signed form can override the standard terms, "Unless an Order Form states otherwise"), then enter four reminders today:
| When | What you do |
|---|---|
| Term end minus 90 days | Count active reps against paid seats; renewal is the only point MMC allows a downgrade, and each seat is $1,188 a year. Export accounts, custom fields, owners, territories and visit history to CSV once; visits per rep and day over the last 30 days is your day 7 benchmark. |
| Term end minus 75 days | Start the replacement trial. MMC's price notice is due at 60 days, so you decide before you see it. |
| Term end minus 45 days | Send written notice of nonrenewal with proof of delivery: company name, order form date, "We give notice of nonrenewal under section 13.2 of the Master Subscription Agreement", the term end date, a signature. Check the notices clause of your order form for the address; we suggest tracked mail plus email to your account manager the same day. The contract needs 30 days; the 15 extra cover a lost letter. |
| Term end minus 30 days | Contract deadline. Not confirmed yet? Send again and call. Export a second time close to the end. |
Then switch with overlap, because MMC is already paid through the term. Day 1: connect your CRM in Lead Mapper; the account list loads itself. Day 2: we import your MMC export (visit history and territory assignments) for your team. Day 3: two or three pilot reps run their real day in Lead Mapper's drive mode while MMC stays paid through its term. Day 4: draw drive-time territories for the rest. Day 5: every rep runs tomorrow's route. Day 7: we count visits per rep and day for you; if the pilot reps visited at least as many accounts per day as in MMC, the team moves the following Monday, and the notice goes out on the 45 day date above, or the same day if you are past it. Move the managers last; reps care about tomorrow's route, managers about Friday's report, and the report follows the route.
If your account list lives only in MMC and not in a CRM, the export is your master record: open the file and check row counts before you send the notice.
Which map my customers alternatives fit which team

|---|---|---|

| 20 reps who want the top plan | $83,580, 15 seats empty | $6,480; add a seat the month you hire |
| 40 reps on HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho | $47,520 to $95,520 | $12,960; reads the CRM you already pay for, nobody migrates |
| Territories by drive time, not zip code | Smart territory from $139, min 10 | 1 to 60 minute drive-time territories in the $27 plan |
| Mileage for reimbursement | Add-on at $99, included from $139 | We build the mileage log and monthly export for your team |
