eSpatial pricing: the short answer
eSpatial pricing in October 2026 is $499, $2,665 or $4,999 per user per year, with a minimum of 3 users on every plan. That is Mapping Pro, Professional Territory Manager and Advanced Territory Manager on espatial.com/pricing, read 8 October 2026. The first invoice is $1,497, $7,995 or $14,997, paid annually in advance.
The price pages we checked still show an older model. Until at least 15 June 2026 eSpatial sold flat plans: Map Maker $1,495 for one user, Team Map Maker $2,995 for five, Territory Map Maker $7,995 for two. Today the price page reads two ways for a field team: 3 planner seats managing up to 100 rep territories, $7,995 a year, or a login for every rep, $66,625 a year for 25 reps (our arithmetic), before the Salesforce add-on at + $5,995. That gap is the price of putting the territory on the rep's phone.
Lead Mapper puts every one of 25 reps on the map for $8,100 a year. That is $58,525 less than eSpatial's every-rep price, every year, with territories, routes and your CRM in each $27 seat and no seat minimum. Start free trial: $27 per user, no minimum, no sales call, live in 30 minutes.
| The question a buyer actually has | The answer, in one line |
|---|---|
| Cheapest way into eSpatial | Mapping Pro, 3 users, $1,497 a year |
| Cheapest eSpatial plan with rep territories | Professional Territory Manager, 3 users, $7,995 a year |
| Salesforce data in eSpatial | Salesforce Integration add-on, + $5,995 |
| Monthly billing or refunds | The MSA says annually in advance, non-refundable |
| 25 reps, each with a login | eSpatial $66,625 a year; Lead Mapper $8,100 (model) |
eSpatial pricing at a glance: three tiers, one unit, a 3 user floor
eSpatial publishes three annual per user prices. The figures are theirs; the monthly and first invoice columns are our arithmetic.
| Plan | Per user per year | Monthly equivalent (model) | Minimum users | First invoice (model) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mapping Pro | $499 | $41.58 | 3 | $1,497 |
| Professional Territory Manager ("Most popular") | $2,665 | $222.08 | 3 | $7,995 |
| Advanced Territory Manager | $4,999 | $416.58 | 3 | $14,997 |
| Lead Mapper | $324 | $27 | none | $27 |
The page also prices in euros and pounds: Mapping Pro EUR 475 (EUR 584.25 including VAT) and GBP 435, Professional Territory Manager EUR 2,535 and GBP 2,319. The trial is advertised with "No credit card required".
Two things decide which row you are in, and neither is the price. Rep territories: Mapping Pro includes 0, Professional 100, Advanced 250. Mapping Pro includes no rep territories, so for territory work the price to read is $2,665. Routing: the daily schedule holds 20 stops on Mapping Pro, 30 on Professional and 50 on Advanced, and a schedule spans 3, 20 and 20 days.
Why the eSpatial pricing you found on Google is out of date
The third party price pages we checked agree with each other. ITQlick says "eSpatial starts at $1495 per year." SoftwareFinder lists "Map Maker ($1,495/year), Team Map Maker ($2,995/year), Territory Map Maker ($7,995/year)". Both describe a price page that no longer exists. We pulled eSpatial's page as the Wayback Machine captured it on 15 June 2026 and set it next to the live page of 8 October 2026.
| 15 June 2026 | 8 October 2026 | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Map Maker, $1,495 a year, 1 user | Mapping Pro, $499 per user a year, minimum 3 |
| Team plan | Team Map Maker, $2,995 a year, "5 user licenses" | Not listed |
| Territory plan | Territory Map Maker, $7,995 a year, "2 user licenses", "Most popular" | Professional Territory Manager, $2,665 per user a year, minimum 3, "Most popular" |
| Top plan | Enterprise Map Maker Suite, "Talk To Us", "5 user licenses" | Advanced Territory Manager, $4,999 per user a year, minimum 3 |
| Unit | Flat price per plan | Price per user |
Two coincidences make the change easy to miss. The old entry price, $1,495, and the new smallest order, 3 x $499 = $1,497, are two dollars apart. The old Territory Map Maker price, $7,995, is exactly the new minimum for Professional Territory Manager, 3 x $2,665. Anyone checking only the first invoice concludes nothing moved. What moved is the fourth seat, and every seat after it, at $2,665 a year each.
ITQlick also states "No free trial is currently offered". eSpatial's own page says "Start your free trial", and its Master Subscription Agreement describes a trial that runs to the seventh day. When a comparison page is wrong about the trial, check its other numbers against the vendor before they go into a budget. It is not the first change: archived captures from 2022 and 2023 show other plans and prices again.
Who pays less and who pays far more under per user eSpatial pricing
Our arithmetic from the two price pages, annual list prices, no add-ons, no tax, no discount.
- Maps only, five people: five Mapping Pro seats are $2,495 a year, against $2,995 for Team Map Maker in June, with no rep territories. Lead Mapper: $1,620 for five, territories and routes included.
- A two person territory team: $7,995 bought 2 Territory Map Maker licences in June and buys 3 Professional seats now; two cannot be bought. Lead Mapper: $648 for two.
- Every territory seat after the third costs $2,665 a year. Five users $13,325, ten $26,650. Lead Mapper: $1,620 and $3,240.
- A field team where every rep gets a login: 25 reps $66,625 a year, 40 reps $106,600, 100 reps $266,500. The old list never printed a number for 25 territory users; that was "Talk To Us".
eSpatial pricing for a CRM team: the add-ons on day one
Four add-ons are listed on the price page: Salesforce Integration + $5,995, Single Sign On (SSO) + $7,495, Data Connector + $2,500, and Additional Boundary Datasets from $1,995. eSpatial's page states no unit for any add-on; only a quote tells you what you pay. Mapping Pro includes "US, Canada, and UK boundary datasets", so the last line is for other regions.
| Buyer, first year at list price | Licences | Add-ons | First year | Lead Mapper, same people |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 planners, Salesforce data | $7,995 | Salesforce $5,995 | $13,990 | $972 |
| 10 users, Salesforce and company login | $26,650 | Salesforce $5,995, SSO $7,495 | $40,140 | $3,240 |
| 35 reps on Salesforce, each with a login | $93,275 | Salesforce $5,995 | $99,270 | $11,340 |
| 40 reps on Salesforce, each with a login | $106,600 | Salesforce $5,995 | $112,595 | $12,960 |
Salesforce Integration plus SSO is $13,490 before a single seat. In Lead Mapper the CRM connection is part of the $27 seat for Salesforce and ten more CRMs, not a line item. More on that side in CRM mapping software.
Our arithmetic on list prices, add-ons as listed on the price page.
40 reps with territories: $12,960 a year, not $106,600.
Connect your CRM, draw territories by hand or by drive time and give every rep the route on the phone. $27 per user per month, no seat minimum, no add-on for your CRM, a 7 day trial without a sales call.
Start free trialThe real decision: license 3 planners, or put every rep on the map
The question a Sales Ops lead with 20 to 100 field reps actually faces is not which tier. It is whether to buy the minimum, three seats for the people who draw the map, and let the reps work from exports, or to give every rep the territory and the route on the phone.
Three eSpatial planners cost $7,995 a year, $13,990 with Salesforce. Three Lead Mapper planners cost $972, and each Lead Mapper seat, at $324, costs about an eighth of one eSpatial planner seat. At half of list, three eSpatial planners would still be about $3,998 plus add-ons against $972. The planner-only route leaves a gap: if reps have no login, the reps who drive the territories never see the tool, and their territory is an export, and the first time a boundary moves, the spreadsheet is out of date. In our field sales benchmark of 3,508 planned routes, about one planned stop in three is marked skipped in drive mode (team median 37.2 percent, pooled 51.8). Whatever replaces those stops gets decided in the car, from whatever the rep has in hand.
Every rep on Professional Territory Manager closes that gap at $2,665 per seat. Every rep on Lead Mapper closes it at $324. Lead Mapper is one seat type: planners and reps pay the same $27, on the same map.
Which eSpatial pricing limit decides your tier
| Limit on the page | Mapping Pro | Professional | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users included | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| Rep territories included | 0 | 100 | 250 |
| Routing stops in daily schedule | 20 | 30 | 50 |
| Routing days in schedule | 3 | 20 | 20 |
| Routing stops in weekly schedule | 100 | 150 | 250 |
| Monthly geocodes | 100,000 | 150,000 | 250,000 |
| Maps | 50 | 200 | 1,000 |
| Auto-sync tasks | 10 | 10 | 25 |
Set that against measured field days. In the benchmark, the middle half of planned routes carries 6 to 22 stops. Mapping Pro's daily schedule stops at 20, below the upper edge of that band, and its schedule covers 3 days. Professional covers 30 stops a day over 20 days, and 100 rep territories, enough for 2.5 per rep at 40 reps until a rep holds a patch plus named account lists. Lead Mapper routes up to 6,000 stops, plans several days at once, and puts no cap on territories or maps per seat.
A check a manager with 40 reps can run tomorrow
Size the tier in an afternoon, before any demo:
- Count planned stops per rep per day for the last four weeks, from calendars or route plans. Use planned, not logged: that is what a schedule limit sees.
- Take the 75th percentile day. In the benchmark it is 22. Above 20, Mapping Pro is too small about one day in four. Above 30, you are into Advanced.
- Count territories, not reps. A rep with a patch plus two named account lists is three. 40 reps like that are 120, over Professional's 100.
- Write down the planning horizon. Scheduling more than 3 days ahead rules out Mapping Pro.
- Price the first invoice twice: plan price x max(seats, 3) plus every add-on you need, once for 3 planners and once for all 40. Then run the same sheet at $324 a seat.
Or let Lead Mapper count it: connect your CRM and see planned stops per rep and territory within 30 minutes. Start free trial. The field sales software cost calculator does the multiplication for the other tools on your list.
eSpatial pricing terms: what the contract says at renewal
The list price is half the cost; the contract decides how you pay and how you leave. From eSpatial's Master Subscription Agreement (espatial.com/msa, read 8 October 2026):
- Payment, 8.1: "Customer will pay a Subscription Fee for a Paid Account annually in advance." Fees "may be varied from time to time by eSpatial giving to the Customer at least 30 days' prior written notice." "All Subscription Fees are non-refundable."
- Term, 15.1: twelve months, then "consecutive rolling terms of twelve (12) months each" unless written notice is given "not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current term".
- Seats, 4.4: "Customer is not entitled to a refund for any unused or unassigned User IDs."
- Trial, 2.3.2: data entered during the trial "MAY BE PERMANENTLY LOST" unless a subscription is bought or the data is downloaded before the trial ends.
In practice (model): 10 Professional seats are $26,650 paid up front. A rep who leaves in month four leaves a paid seat behind. Mark the notice date in the calendar the day you sign. Lead Mapper bills $27 per user per month: add a seat when a rep starts, remove it when the rep leaves, export territories as CSV or KML whenever you want.
Three questions for the eSpatial quote on your desk
- Is Salesforce + $5,995 per year, and per account or per seat? The price page does not say.
- Which reps need their own login to see their territory and route on the phone, and what does each cost?
- What is the notice date? Under the MSA it is 30 days before the term ends, in writing.
Put the answers beside what Lead Mapper includes in every $27 seat:
- Your CRM on the map within 30 minutes: accounts and deals from Salesforce, HubSpot and nine more CRMs, no add-on.
- Territories drawn by hand or as drive time areas from 1 to 60 minutes, in hierarchies from region to rep, with what-if scenarios compared side by side before you publish.
- One click rebalancing by accounts, revenue or drive time when a rep joins or leaves.
- Routes on every rep's phone, several days at once, with drive mode marking each stop done or skipped.
- Your current territory list imported as CSV and mapped against your accounts in the trial.
See your territories and tomorrow's routes before the trial ends.
$27 per user per month. Connect your CRM, draw drive time territories, assign them to reps and compare the result with the eSpatial quote on your desk. No seat minimum, no demo call.
