SPOTIO alternatives: what ten tools cost a 40 rep team, and what each one makes you sign.

SPOTIO publishes no price, and its terms of service say an order renews automatically unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Every one of the ten SPOTIO alternatives priced below prints a price on its own website. We read all ten pricing pages on 7 October 2026, priced a 40 rep team on each, and wrote the contract terms next to the number.

SPOTIO alternatives: the short answer

The SPOTIO alternative that fits depends on which SPOTIO you bought. SPOTIO sells to door to door teams and to B2B reps who visit accounts, and its own integrations page has separate sections for B2B, B2C and door to door. For canvassing, the like for like replacements are SalesRabbit, RepCard, Knockio and Ecanvasser. For account based field sales, they are Badger Maps, Map My Customers, SimplyDepo, Leadbeam, RepMove and Lead Mapper.

For 40 reps, the published per user prices put a year between $9,600 and $47,520 on the entry plan that carries the core field function (our arithmetic from each vendor's own page, read 7 October 2026). Four of the ten publish a price, a monthly plan without a term and a free trial you can start without a call. SPOTIO states no to all three.

Where to start a trial: HubSpot or Salesforce B2B team that needs every visit written back to the CRM, Badger Maps or Map My Customers. Consumer goods sold into stores with orders on the visit, SimplyDepo. Canvassing, SalesRabbit or RepCard. Account based team that wants to test with its own CRM data this week at the lowest per seat price, Lead Mapper.

When do I have to tell SPOTIO I am leavingIn writing, "at least 30 days prior to the end of the renewal term", per its terms of service

Which ones also ask for an annual commitmentMap My Customers ("12-month commitment") and SalesRabbit ("contracts from one to three years")

Where this comes from

Every price, limit and contract term below was read on 7 October 2026 from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre, terms of service or integrations page, and is quoted rather than summarised. Where a page does not say something, we write not published, never assume the friendly answer. Annual costs are our multiplication of published per user prices, marked as such. We build Lead Mapper, one of the ten, and it sits in the same tables on the same evidence. The detailed SPOTIO billing read is on SPOTIO pricing.

Why teams look for SPOTIO alternatives

SPOTIO is a capable product and most of the people looking for SPOTIO alternatives are not leaving because it cannot draw a territory or plan a route. Its pricing page describes a platform for "teams of 5 or more field sales professionals", with implementation where "most customers are up and running in less than four weeks", and its integrations page states its own focus plainly: "Our greatest strength is enhancing an existing enterprise CRM with best-in-class field sales functionality." For a large team on Salesforce that wants a managed rollout, that is a real offer.

The reasons people go looking are commercial, and SPOTIO documents them itself. The pricing page reads "Pricing is user-based" and "We provide custom pricing to align with your exact needs", with no figure on it. Its billing help article defines a "User Commitment" and adds, capitals theirs: "This is the MINIMUM number of licenses you will be charged for at each billing date." Licences are paid in advance, "You are automatically billed for new licenses at time of invite", and add-ons such as the Engagement Bundle, SPOTIO AI, Lead Machine, Next Best Action and E-Contracts are listed without prices. The same help article does contain a number, inside a worked example: "You pay $79 per license per month and are invoiced annually". That is an illustration of proration, not a list price, and we do not use it as one.

The review record points the same way. A G2 reviewer in January 2026, rating SPOTIO 0 of 5: "They hide things in their contract and try to take money from you", adding that setup "took us 2-4 months". A Capterra reviewer, owner of a construction firm, in September 2024: "Booked appointments for support and they didn't show up." Single reviewers, not a verdict. The ratings split by platform: 4.3 from 78 reviews on Capterra against 3.4 from 325 ratings on the Apple App Store, where the app the reps use every day is rated (both read 7 October 2026).

Before you switch: the SPOTIO exit window

The most expensive mistake in a switch is not choosing the wrong alternative. It is missing the date. SPOTIO's terms of service, section 7, read 7 October 2026, contain four sentences every team should have in its calendar before a single demo with an alternative:

  • "The term of each Order shall continue for the period set forth in such Order, which term shall automatically renew".
  • "Customer may terminate an Order by written notice to SPOTIO at least 30 days prior to the end of the renewal term".
  • "All Fees are non-refundable."
  • On termination, "all of Customer's Licensed Content will be immediately deleted from the Services and no longer available."

A fifth sentence matters if you are staying one more term while you evaluate: "SPOTIO may institute increases in Fees, changes in billing frequency, and length of subscription term at its sole discretion during any renewal period", with "at least 30 days' notice of the potential changes". None of this is unusual for an annual software contract. What makes it expensive is missing the date. Your order form, not the website, sets your term length, so read that first.

The SPOTIO renewal window on an example twelve month order A twelve month order term drawn as a line. The last 30 days before the renewal date are shaded: written notice given inside them is too late for that renewal under SPOTIO's terms of service. Data should be exported before termination, because licensed content is deleted immediately when the order ends. The date that decides your switch: 30 days before renewal Example twelve month order. Your own order form sets the real term length. Order starts Renewal date Last day for written notice Licences billed in advance, at least the User Commitment 30 days Grey: notice given here is too late for this renewal. Terms read 7 October 2026: "at least 30 days prior to the end of the renewal term". On termination "all of Customer's Licensed Content will be immediately deleted". Export accounts, notes and history before that date. Fees "non-refundable". Fee or term changes for the renewal need "at least 30 days' notice".
Source: spotio.com/terms-of-service, section 7 and the fees section, read 7 October 2026. The twelve month length is an example; SPOTIO's billing article describes quarterly and annual billing cycles and states that the payment interval is on your contract.

Two kinds of SPOTIO alternatives

Most lists put a canvassing app next to an account management tool as if they did the same job. A door to door rep needs to see which houses on a street were knocked today and by whom. A B2B rep needs to see which of 400 existing accounts in the territory are overdue for a visit and how to fit eight of them into Tuesday. SPOTIO covers both, which is why its replacements split in two.

The chart below prices both groups the same way: 40 reps, twelve months, the cheapest published plan that includes the core field function, annual billing where the vendor offers it. It is a floor, not a quote. Add-ons, seat minimums and plan gates move the real bill upward, and two vendors price differently enough to need a note.

Published price of ten SPOTIO alternatives for 40 reps for one year Annual cost for 40 reps at each vendor's published entry price for the core field function: Knockio 9,600 dollars, Lead Mapper 12,960, SimplyDepo 23,520, RepCard 23,520, Badger Maps 27,840, Leadbeam 28,320, SalesRabbit 28,320, RepMove 38,400, Map My Customers 47,520. SPOTIO publishes no price. 40 reps for a year, at each vendor's published price Our multiplication: published price per user per month x 40 x 12. Annual billing where offered. Knockio Prospect Lead Mapper SimplyDepo 16-49 RepCard Pro Badger Maps Business Leadbeam Starter SalesRabbit Team RepMove Accelerate Map My Customers SPOTIO $9,600 $12,960 $23,520 $23,520 $27,840 $28,320 $28,320 $38,400 $47,520 not published Per user per month: Knockio $20 (5+ users, monthly), Lead Mapper $27, SimplyDepo $49, RepCard $49, Badger $58, Leadbeam $59, SalesRabbit $59 (monthly), RepMove $80 (11+ users), Map My Customers $99.
Sources, all read 7 October 2026: knockio.com, simplydepo.com/pricing, repcard.com/pricing (yearly toggle; canvassing tools start on Pro), badgermapping.com/pricing, leadbeam.ai/pricing, salesrabbit.com/pricing, repmove.app/pricing, mapmycustomers.com/pricing, spotio.com/pricing. Ecanvasser is left out of the bars because it does not price per user; see below. The dashed SPOTIO bar has a fixed width because there is no number to draw.

Two readings of that chart. First, the spread is five to one, and the two groups overlap: a canvassing tool is cheapest, an account based tool is most expensive, and every canvassing tool falls between $9,600 and $28,320. Second, the published price for a 40 rep team is the number least likely to survive the buying process. Map My Customers states its plans "are based on a 12-month commitment", SalesRabbit does "contracts from one to three years", and RepMove's $80 tier is the one "For 11+ users". The Knockio and SalesRabbit Team bars use monthly prices because those plans print no annual price; the other bars use annual billing. The rest of this page is about those conditions.

Door to door SPOTIO alternatives

SalesRabbit is the incumbent canvassing product and the name on almost every list of SPOTIO alternatives. Team is "$59 USD Per user per month", billed monthly. Pro shows $75 or $49 depending on the billing toggle, which we read as $75 monthly and $49 annual. Enterprise is on request. API and integrations start on Pro. Two lines from its pricing FAQ belong in the evaluation: "Yes, we do contracts from one to three years" and "We don't support a free trial of our paid plans, but we do offer a free version of our app". Add-ons run $13 to $31 per user per month. Full detail on SalesRabbit pricing, the head to head on SPOTIO vs SalesRabbit.

RepCard prices Starter at $24 and Pro at $49 per user per month on its yearly toggle, which the page marks "Save 17%". The canvassing tools are listed on Pro, not Starter, so Pro is the like for like plan. RepCard leans into team management: leaderboards, competitions and an AI roleplay add-on at $99 a month. Its monthly team prices, trial terms and contract answers were not readable in the page source, so we leave them as not published.

Knockio is the cheapest per seat in this set: Prospect at "$20 /user/mo 5+ users" and "$25/user/mo for 1-4 users", billed monthly with "Pro-rated billing. No setup fee". Pre-knocked address data costs extra, "15 cent per address". Its public review base is small, so ask for references at your team size.

Ecanvasser does something no other tool here does: "Unlimited users. Pricing is based on the territory your team covers, not headcount." Core for up to 50,000 households is $299 monthly or $249 billed annually, which for 40 reps is $2,988 a year on our arithmetic, provided your territory fits in that household count. It publishes a route planning cap of 200 stops and states that monthly and yearly customers are "never tied into any contract beyond what you have already paid for". Its FAQ names L2, CallHub and NationBuilder next to Salesforce among its integrations, so check its sales workflow against yours in the trial.

Account based SPOTIO alternatives

Badger Maps is the most transparent product in this set. Business is $58 per user per month billed annually or $69 monthly, Enterprise $95 or $109, and the pricing page states "Our monthly plan is a true month-to-month subscription with no contract or lock-in period", plus a 14 day trial and a 90 day money back guarantee. It also publishes its ceilings: "Route optimization up to 120 stops", and "Up to 2,000 records/accounts per license" on Business. Territory tools are priced separately. More on Badger Maps pricing and Lead Mapper vs Badger Maps.

Map My Customers starts at "$99 /user/mo paid annually" on Industry Leader, with "50,000 records" and two-way CRM sync. The minimum moved since our July read: "The minimum is 5 users for the Industry Leader plan, 10 users for Enterprise, and 35 users for Field Intelligence plans" (it was three users for Industry Leader in July). Plans run on "a 12-month commitment", and downgrades wait for the annual renewal. It is the closest in shape to SPOTIO's B2B side, including the contract. Detail on Map My Customers pricing.

SimplyDepo calls itself a "CPG Sales Platform for Brands & Distributors", with retail execution and B2B order management next to route planning. Its pricing scales down with team size: $49 per rep per month billed yearly for 16 to 49 reps, "No minimum users", a "30-day free trial" and "you can cancel anytime". For a team selling consumer goods into stores and taking orders on the visit, it is a different product from a canvassing map, and a strong one to trial.

Leadbeam describes itself as "a CRM companion" rather than a CRM. Starter is $59 per rep per month billed annually or $89 monthly, Pro $149 or $229, and territory mapping sits on Pro. Starter includes "Unlimited Pulse", described as "voice & image to CRM": visits captured by voice into the CRM you already have. Detail on Leadbeam pricing.

RepMove prices by team size: Sales Pro "For up to 10 users" at $54 billed annually, Accelerate "For 11+ users" at $80. The integration line changes with the tier, "One-way integrations" on Sales Pro and "Two-way app integration" on Accelerate, so a 40 rep team that needs write-back is on Accelerate.

Route4Me appears on some lists, but its plan cards read "CONTACT US" and CRM and ERP integration reads "Contact Us" on every tier. Its page lists a driver app "from $9.99/month". Detail on Route4Me pricing.

Contract terms across the SPOTIO alternatives

Three questions decide whether you can test an alternative and leave it again without a negotiation. The matrix shows only what each vendor states on its own pages.

Price, monthly plan and self-serve trial across eleven field sales tools Matrix of three conditions against SPOTIO and ten alternatives. SPOTIO states no to all three. Badger Maps, SimplyDepo, Ecanvasser and Lead Mapper state yes to all three. Map My Customers and SalesRabbit publish a price but require a term. RepCard, Knockio, Leadbeam and RepMove leave two of the questions unanswered on their pages. Can you price it, test it and leave it without a call? Only what each vendor states on its own pages, read 7 October 2026. Publishesa price Monthly planwithout a term Free trialwithout a call SPOTIO SalesRabbit Map My Customers RepCard Knockio Leadbeam RepMove Badger Maps SimplyDepo Ecanvasser Lead Mapper Blue: the vendor states yes. Grey: the vendor states no. Open: the vendor's pages do not say.
SPOTIO: "custom pricing", order term that "shall automatically renew", "We don't offer a free trial". SalesRabbit: "contracts from one to three years", no trial of paid plans. Map My Customers: "12-month commitment". RepMove: monthly billing printed, term and trial length not stated, though every plan button reads "Get Started Free". Badger, SimplyDepo, Ecanvasser: quoted in the sections above. Lead Mapper: our own product, monthly subscription with a 7 day trial.

Four of eleven state yes three times. That does not make the others worse products; it means the answer arrives on a call.

CRM sync: what "integrates with your CRM" means at each vendor

Every SPOTIO alternative says it integrates with your CRM. The useful question is in which direction and through what. SPOTIO is unusually clear about itself: "For Salesforce, we provide a deep, native 2-way sync built directly into SPOTIO. For HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zoho, we utilize ... Zapier connectors to automate workflows and sync data between systems." So a HubSpot team on SPOTIO is already running on Zapier, and should compare alternatives against that, not against a native sync.

What the others publish. Badger Maps Business: "2-way, real time CRM integration: single object, unlimited records", multiple objects on Enterprise. Map My Customers: "Two-way CRM sync" with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho on every plan, NetSuite from Enterprise. RepMove: one-way on Sales Pro, two-way on Accelerate. SalesRabbit: "API & Integrations" from Pro. Leadbeam: "Connect to any CRM" on Starter. Knockio: "Zapier & FlowChef Integrations". RepCard: custom integrations on Enterprise.

Lead Mapper connects natively to eleven CRMs: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Close, Attio, Less Annoying CRM, Zendesk Sell, GoHighLevel and Keap. It reads your accounts, contacts and deals onto the map; it does not write visits back into the CRM as a standard feature. If writing every visit back into the CRM is the requirement, Badger Maps and Map My Customers publish two-way sync and we do not.

How to run the switch for 20 to 100 reps

The checks that save the most money, in order. None of them needs a demo.

One, put the date in the calendar. Term end from the order form, minus 30 days for the written notice, minus two weeks for safety. Everything else happens before that day.

Two, export before you notify. Accounts, territories, notes and visit history, in whatever format SPOTIO gives you. After termination, the terms say the content is deleted immediately. Then ask each alternative whether it imports that file for you and in which format; of the pages we read, only SimplyDepo's homepage advertises "Free migration".

Three, pilot with your real data and five reps. Import your actual account list, not a sample, and give five reps two real weeks. Build your longest real day, then rebuild it after two cancellations. The first optimisation is rarely the problem; the replan is.

Four, test the CRM connection in the direction you need. If managers live in the CRM, check that a visit logged in the field shows up there, at your plan level.

Five, get the commitment in writing before the rollout. Seat minimum, term, notice period, what happens to price at renewal, and how you export. Ask every alternative the questions SPOTIO's own terms taught you to ask.

All competitor figures read 7 October 2026 from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre, terms or integrations page. Lead Mapper is our product; where we write not published for ourselves, it means the same as for the others.

Where Lead Mapper fits among the SPOTIO alternatives, and where it does not

Lead Mapper is $27 per user per month, or $47 with the AI layer, with no seat minimum, billed monthly, and a 7 day trial you start on your own without a sales call. You connect one of the eleven CRMs above, draw territories and assign them to reps, and build and optimise routes, with a mobile app for the reps. Managers and reps have separate roles, and routes export to PDF, KML, GPX and CSV.

Where we are not the answer. For a door to door team, SalesRabbit (with its Digital Contracts add-on), SPOTIO itself (with E-Contracts) and the other canvassing tools on this page are built around that workflow, and we are not. If every visit has to be written back into the CRM automatically, Badger Maps and Map My Customers publish two-way sync and we do not. And like four of the other five vendors in the table, we publish no stop limit, which by the standard of this page is a gap in our transparency, not a feature.

What we would ask you to compare is the shape of the commitment. You can test us with your own accounts this week and stop the subscription yourself.

Test it against your own accounts before your SPOTIO notice date.

FAQ

What are the best SPOTIO alternatives?

It depends on which SPOTIO motion you use. For door to door canvassing: SalesRabbit, RepCard, Knockio and Ecanvasser. For B2B reps visiting accounts: Badger Maps, Map My Customers, SimplyDepo, Leadbeam, RepMove and Lead Mapper. Route4Me publishes no plan prices and lists CRM integration as "Contact Us".

Which SPOTIO alternative is cheapest?

Per user, Knockio Prospect at $20 per month for five or more users, then Lead Mapper at $27. Ecanvasser does not charge per user: its Core plan for up to 50,000 households is $249 a month billed annually, regardless of team size. Prices read 7 October 2026.

Does SPOTIO have a free trial?

No. Its pricing page states: "We don't offer a free trial, but we provide comprehensive demos and can arrange pilot programs for qualified prospects." Badger Maps (14 days), SimplyDepo (30 days), Ecanvasser (7 days) and Lead Mapper (7 days) offer trials without a call.

How do I cancel SPOTIO?

Its terms of service state that an order renews automatically and that you may terminate "by written notice to SPOTIO at least 30 days prior to the end of the renewal term". Fees are "non-refundable", and on termination licensed content is "immediately deleted", so export your data first.

Does SPOTIO integrate with HubSpot?

Through Zapier. SPOTIO's integrations page states that Salesforce has "a deep, native 2-way sync" and that for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho it uses Zapier connectors. Badger Maps, Map My Customers and Lead Mapper connect to HubSpot natively.
