Map My Customers pricing in 2026: $99 a seat, five seats minimum.

The per-seat prices are public and have not moved since July. What moved is the number of seats you must buy: one in January, three in July, five in September. Every figure below was read on Map My Customers' own pages, with the date.

How much does Map My Customers cost? The short answer

Industry Leader: $99 per user per month, Enterprise: $139, Field Intelligence: $199, all "paid annually" (mapmycustomers.com/pricing, read 27 September 2026). There is no monthly option and no self-serve checkout; every plan starts with "Book a Demo" or "Contact Us".

The number that decides the bill is the seat minimum. Their FAQ, read the same day: "The minimum is 5 users for the Industry Leader plan, 10 users for Enterprise, and 35 users for Field Intelligence plans." So the smallest Map My Customers order is $495 a month, or $5,940 a year, by our arithmetic. In January 2026 it was $55 for one user.

Where this comes from

Every price and quote below was read on mapmycustomers.com (pricing page, FAQ, feature pages) on the date shown, plus an archived copy of their pricing page from 15 January 2026 and their review profiles on four platforms. We build Lead Mapper, a competitor; that is why nothing here is characterised from memory and every multiplication is labelled as ours. Prices change, verify before you buy. All eight tools side by side in our field sales software comparison.

Industry Leader$99, paid annually5$495"Book a Demo"
Enterprise$139, paid annually10$1,390"Book a Demo"
Field Intelligence$199, paid annually35$6,965"Contact Us"

Plan names, prices and buttons verbatim from mapmycustomers.com/pricing, minimums verbatim from their FAQ, both read 27 September 2026. The smallest-order column is our multiplication of the two. The page labels the three tiers "Standard Execution", "Advanced Execution" and "Strategic Execution", and marks Enterprise "Most Popular".

The page itself is titled "Simple pricing for field sales teams." with the subline "Transparent plans that scale with your team. Priced per seat, paid annually." Both statements are accurate as far as they go: the per-seat figures are public, which is more than SPOTIO offers. What the page does not print next to those figures is the seat minimum, and on Map My Customers pricing that is the larger number.

Industry Leader: $99 per user per month, five users minimum

The entry tier, described as "The mobile-first field sales platform: territory mapping, CRM sync, route planning, and activity capture." What the pricing page lists under it, verbatim: "50,000 records / Lead Finder (125/user/mo) / Territory & demographic data / Two-way CRM sync / Calendar sync / Custom fields / Email history & reporting".

Two of those lines are quantities, and both are worth reading as limits. 50,000 records is a hard cap on the account, not per user. Lead Finder (125/user/mo) is a monthly allowance of prospect lookups per seat; their FAQ describes Lead Finder as letting you "discover net-new prospects in any territory, filtered by keyword(s) or proximity to your existing accounts" (FAQ, read 29 July 2026).

At five seats, Industry Leader is $495 a month and $5,940 a year, paid as an annual commitment. A two-person team pays the same $495, effectively $247.50 per user (our arithmetic, their inputs).

Enterprise: $139 per user per month, ten users minimum

The tier Map My Customers marks "Most Popular", pitched as "The software plus the playbook." Everything in Industry Leader, plus, verbatim: "Unlimited records / Lead Finder (200/user/mo) / Smart territory & demographics / Visual workflows & coaching / Advanced reporting / Goals & contests / AI Field Agent (automate admin) / Mileage tracker / Field performance package / Field View ™ - playback rep's day / Sales collateral storage & tracking (pinned resources) / Business card scanner / SSO & bespoke onboarding / Open API access".

The step from $99 to $139 is 40 percent per seat, and it removes the record cap, adds the AI Field Agent, the mileage tracker and open API access. The step in commitment is larger: ten users at $139 is $1,390 a month, $16,680 a year, by our arithmetic. A team of six that needs unlimited records or API access is buying four empty seats.

Field Intelligence: $199 per user per month, thirty-five users minimum

The top tier is the only one whose button reads "Contact Us" instead of "Book a Demo". It is "Built for the unique needs of field sales leaders" and adds, verbatim: "Exec HQ included", "AI executive summaries for managers / AI suggested actions for reps / Bespoke revenue & order intelligence / Rep task & performance management / Rep coaching pages / Dedicated Field Strategy Engineer".

In July the same $199 tier was called Exec HQ; by September Exec HQ had become a feature inside a tier named Field Intelligence, at the same price and the same 35-user minimum. The smallest Field Intelligence order is $6,965 a month, $83,580 a year, our arithmetic. This is a plan for a sales organisation, not a sales team.

The minimum moved twice in 2026: Map My Customers pricing history

Map My Customers is one of two vendors here whose past pricing pages are legible in web archives (the other is Badger Maps), so the entry point can be traced, not just the list price.

The archived pricing page of 15 January 2026 listed four tiers: a "Road Warrior Personal Plan" for "1 User Starting at $ 55 /Month paid annually" ($65 month to month, 1,000 records), a "Mid-Market Sales Team Plan" for "Up to 25 Users Starting at $ 79" (10,000 records), "Industry Leader Team Plan Starting at $ 99" (50,000 records) and "Enterprise Team Plan Starting at $ 129" (unlimited). By 19 July 2026 the single-user and mid-market tiers were gone, Industry Leader was the entry at $99 with a minimum of three users, Enterprise had moved to $139 and a $199 tier had appeared. On 27 September 2026 the per-seat prices were unchanged, and the FAQ stated a five-user minimum on Industry Leader.

Smallest order Map My Customers will accept, dollars per month, January to September 2026 Bar chart of three dates. 15 January 2026: 55 dollars, one Road Warrior user. 19 July 2026: 297 dollars, three Industry Leader users at 99. 27 September 2026: 495 dollars, five Industry Leader users at 99. The list price per seat moved from 55 to 99, the smallest order from 55 to 495. Smallest possible Map My Customers order, $ / month Entry price per seat multiplied by the published seat minimum, annual billing $55 15 Jan 2026 1 user x $55 $297 19 Jul 2026 3 users x $99 $495 27 Sep 2026 5 users x $99 List price per seat x1.8 since January. Smallest order x9.0.
Our model: the multiplication is ours, every input is Map My Customers' own. January from web.archive.org/web/20260115051824/mapmycustomers.com/pricing; July from mapmycustomers.com/pricing read 19 Jul 2026 (minimum "3 users"); September from their FAQ read 27 Sep 2026 ("The minimum is 5 users for the Industry Leader plan"). Annual billing throughout; the January plan also had a $65 month-to-month price.

The finding is in the gap between the two ratios. Someone tracking the headline would report a 1.8x increase, $55 to $99. The smallest order the company will accept rose ninefold, from $55 to $495 a month, and nothing in the headline carries that. In our field sales software price index of 27 August we recorded the July state, a 5.4x rise to $297; this page supersedes that figure.

The minimum is published in plain words, so this is a change of customer rather than a hidden increase: the January page sold to a single road warrior, the September page sells to a team of five or more.

What a five-rep team pays on each Map My Customers plan

Seat minimums make the three plans behave very differently for the same team. Take five reps, the size where Industry Leader starts to fit exactly, and put them on each tier. Every seat above five is a seat paid for and left empty.

Monthly bill for a five-rep team on each Map My Customers plan, used and empty seats Stacked horizontal bar chart. Industry Leader: five seats at 99 dollars, 495 dollars, no empty seats. Enterprise: ten seats at 139 dollars, 1,390 dollars, of which 695 dollars pay for five empty seats. Field Intelligence: 35 seats at 199 dollars, 6,965 dollars, of which 5,970 dollars pay for thirty empty seats. Five reps, three plans: the monthly bill Dark: the five seats the team uses. Light: seats the minimum forces you to buy Industry Leader 5 seats x $99 $495 Enterprise 10 seats x $139 $1,390 ($695 for 5 empty seats) Field Intelligence 35 seats x $199 $6,965 $5,970 of it pays for 30 empty seats Per used seat: $99, $278, $1,393 a month.
Our arithmetic from published inputs: per-seat prices from mapmycustomers.com/pricing and minimums from their FAQ, both read 27 Sep 2026. Annual billing; yearly totals are $5,940, $16,680 and $83,580. Ignores any discount negotiated in the demo, which their FAQ says exists for "Multi-year commitments and larger seat counts".

The practical reading: for a five-rep team, only Industry Leader prices at its list rate. Every capability that lives on Enterprise (unlimited records, the AI Field Agent, open API access, the mileage tracker) costs a five-rep team $278 per used seat, not $139. If one of those lines is a requirement, compare tools on that number.

"Pricing is custom" versus the published price

Map My Customers' own pages have disagreed with each other about whether its pricing is public. In July their FAQ answered the pricing question with "Pricing is custom because field teams vary so much." and "Request a demo and a specialist will walk you through plans and pricing", while the pricing page showed $99, $139 and $199 (both read 29 July 2026; G2's pricing module showed the same three figures). By 27 September the FAQ had been rewritten: "All plans are priced per user per month, but are paid annually", plus the minimums quoted above.

The per-seat prices are list prices; the FAQ has also stated that "Multi-year commitments and larger seat counts both unlock better per-seat pricing" (29 July 2026). Read the list price as a ceiling for a one-year contract and the seat minimum as a floor that does not move.

Is there a Map My Customers free trial?

No self-serve one. Their FAQ: "Most teams start with a guided demo and pilot rather than a self-serve free trial." (29 July 2026). Every plan on the pricing page routes to a demo or a contact form, and the FAQ describes the timeline: "Most teams are live in 2-4 weeks, not quarters", laid out as "Day 1: kickoff and data audit / Week 1: CRM sync and territory build / Week 2-3: pilot rollout ... / Week 4: full team go-live".

Billing follows the same pattern: "Plans are billed annually by default. Annual billing keeps pricing predictable and unlocks our best per-seat rate" (FAQ, 29 July 2026), and in July the pricing page stated "Plans are based on a 12-month commitment". There is no published month-to-month price on any current plan. For contrast, Badger Maps publishes both an annual and a monthly rate, and SalesRabbit sells its Team tier with a "Checkout Now" button (see our SalesRabbit pricing breakdown).

What the Map My Customers price buys

Map My Customers positions itself as an extension of a CRM rather than a replacement: "extend your CRM into the field, not replace it" (G2 profile, 29 July 2026). The integration depth backs that up and should not be understated. The FAQ lists "native, two-way sync with the major sales CRMs: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Enterprise, and Unlimited) / HubSpot (Sales Hub, Professional and Enterprise) / Zoho CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / NetSuite". How that compares across the category is in our CRM mapping software matrix.

Four details from the same FAQ are worth budgeting around, because they shape what a seat delivers in practice:

  • Sync is not instant. "Most events sync every few minutes or every hour ... other integrations require at least a 5 to 10-minute delay because of the amount of data being synced."
  • Setup involves their staff. "For Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Hubspot and NetSuite, an implementation specialist typically handles the first configuration with you."
  • Bulk operations are capped. Deletions run "Up to 1,000 records at a time from the web app ... For larger purges, contact support".
  • Permissions climb the tiers. "Custom roles are available on higher plans."

On the routing side the product is complete and should be described as such. The FAQ states that Map My Customers "will sort them into the optimal order by drive time and distance", that "Frequencies tell Map My Customers how often each account should be visited ... the platform will flag accounts that have fallen behind cadence", and that reps "can view accounts, log activities, capture voice notes, take photos, etc. without service" with everything syncing later. Why cadence matters is covered in sales route planning.

On compliance, the pricing page carries "PHI / HIPAA / SOC 2 Type II / GDPR / SSO & SAML", and the FAQ adds that the company "will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on appropriate plans". That fits its stated customer base, which opens with "Industrial machinery, distribution, and building materials / Medical devices, biotech, dental, and diagnostics" (FAQ, 29 July 2026).

AI Field Agent: a $139 feature that is still in beta

On the pricing page, "AI Field Agent (automate admin)" first appears in the Enterprise column, so it starts at $139 per seat and ten seats. The feature page describes four parts, verbatim: "Voice Debriefs / Instant Follow-Up Emails / Smart Route & Next-Step Suggestions / Pre-Visit Account Briefs", and says the assistant "recommends the best next action and reorders your route so you always know where to go and what to do next."

The only call to action on that feature page reads "Join the Beta" (mapmycustomers.com/features/ai-field-agent, read 27 September 2026). A buyer choosing Enterprise for the AI Field Agent is paying a tier price for a feature the vendor itself labels beta; ask in the demo what is generally available on your contract start date. How the AI layer is priced across vendors is in our price index.

What reviewers say about Map My Customers pricing

Across the reviews we read for the eight-tool comparison, Map My Customers' price criticism has a consistent shape: it is about the exit and the jump between tiers, not the features. On G2, all three one-star reviews concern billing or refunds: "MMC would Not refund my money" (November 2018), "when we asked to cancel, MMC wouldn't credit the 'pilot' fee" (March 2019) and "If you try to cancel your subscription, they will charge you anyway and won't give you your money back" (September 2021). Attributed single voices, not a verdict.

The tier jump was already a theme on Capterra years before the 2026 rebuild: "The price jump between the lowest package and the package higher" (June 2019) and "Cost is a little high per month" (May 2020). The counterweight is real too. A four-star Google Play review from April 2025 says "All of the basic CRM functions are in the lower tier app as well as mapping and planning", and the product's ratings on the two buyer platforms are strong.

Map My Customers ratings on four platforms Dot chart on a scale from 3 to 5 stars. G2 4.5 from 152 reviews. Capterra 4.5 from 69 reviews. Apple App Store 4.1 from 450 ratings. Google Play 3.8 from 146 ratings. The two buyer platforms agree; the two phone stores are 0.4 and 0.7 stars lower. Map My Customers rating by platform Stars out of 5, review count in brackets. Ratings as displayed on each platform: G2 and App Store read 27 Jul 2026, Capterra 20 Jul 2026, Google Play 29 Jul 2026. The App Store is the largest base at 450 ratings. Our cross-vendor version of this chart is the field sales software ratings gap.

One phone detail comes from the vendor itself and belongs in any rollout plan: their Google Play description reads "Note: Bring your charging cable! Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life." (read 29 July 2026).

Deeper analyses: Badger Maps pricing, SalesRabbit pricing, SPOTIO pricing, Route4Me pricing, and the team cost calculator for your own headcount.

Read the table by team size. For one to four reps, Map My Customers is the most expensive published option in the category by a wide margin, because the five-seat floor applies regardless. At five reps exactly, the comparison becomes $495 against $290 for Badger Business annual, $295 for SalesRabbit Team and $135 for Lead Mapper, all our arithmetic from the figures above. Above ten reps with compliance requirements, the BAA and SOC 2 position is a real reason to pay the difference. Head-to-heads: Lead Mapper vs Badger Maps and, for door-to-door, SPOTIO vs SalesRabbit.

Five questions to settle before you sign

  • What is our seat minimum, in writing? The FAQ says five on Industry Leader today; it said three on the pricing page in July. Get the number for your term into the contract.
  • Which plan do our must-haves sit on? Unlimited records, API access, mileage and the AI Field Agent are Enterprise lines. If you need one of them, your floor is ten seats.
  • What does the pilot cost, and what happens to it if we stop? The FAQ describes a "guided demo and pilot"; one G2 reviewer's complaint in 2019 was about a "'pilot' fee" that was not credited. Ask whether a pilot is billed and how it converts.
  • Is the AI Field Agent generally available on our start date? The feature page asks visitors to "Join the Beta".
  • What does multi-year buy us? Their FAQ says multi-year commitments "unlock better per-seat pricing". Weigh the discount against how sure you are of your headcount in year two.

Who Map My Customers pricing makes sense for

  • Field teams of five or more in regulated industries. Medical devices, diagnostics, health systems: HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and a BAA are published, and those industries lead their own customer list.
  • Teams on Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho or NetSuite who want a two-way sync configured with a specialist rather than by themselves.
  • Managers who need cadence enforcement. Visit frequencies and behind-cadence flags are built in; our sales territory plan analysis shows how few tools document this.
  • Solo reps and teams of two to four: the five-seat minimum makes every seat you use cost between $123.75 and $495 a month.
  • Teams who want to try before a call: there is no self-serve trial and no monthly plan.
  • Small teams buying for the AI: the AI Field Agent sits on Enterprise with its ten-seat floor, and the vendor labels it beta.

If your team is in the second half of that list, the shortlist is in our best field sales software guide, and the mechanics of planning visits without an enterprise contract are in our sales route planner comparison and our territory management software review.
