portatour alternative: the short answer
For a VP with 20 to 100 reps on HubSpot or Pipedrive, or on Salesforce, Dynamics or Veeva with a pilot below the connector minimum, four tools come up: Lead Mapper, Badger Maps, SPOTIO and Map My Customers. HubSpot is not a listed connector on portatour's integration, pricing or FAQ pages, read 2 November 2026. Lead Mapper connects HubSpot directly, writes territories to the owner field and every visit back to the account.
The contract and the reviews are the other two reasons. portatour bills in 3- or 12-month cycles, "The billing cycle corresponds to the contract period. Invoicing takes place in advance.", and its 2026 reviews on Software Finder name the sync and the price as downsides. Lead Mapper is billed per user per month, and a pilot of five reps is five seats.

| The question a buyer has | The answer, in one line |
|---|---|
| What portatour is built for | "automatic route planning and dynamic territory optimization", with pharma cycle plans so "each customer is visited exactly as often as specified in the cycle". Lead Mapper is built around the CRM: territories written to the owner field, routes through those accounts and every visit back on the account as an activity. |
| What portatour costs | Route Planner €79.95 "per person per month excl. VAT" on a 12-month contract, €74.95 from 10 licenses, plus €10 for the Salesforce, Dynamics or Veeva connector. Lead Mapper is $27 per user per month with routing, territories, prospecting and CRM sync in the seat. |
| Which CRMs connect | portatour: Salesforce and Dynamics from 10 licenses, Veeva from 50, its API from 2, other CRMs by Excel or CSV. Lead Mapper reads HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and six more CRMs directly, from the first seat. |
Where this comes from
We build Lead Mapper: your CRM accounts on one map, routes of 6,000+ stops, territories and prospecting, every visit back in the CRM. Because we compete with every product on this page, each figure about another vendor is quoted from its own website, store listing or a public review site with the date we read it.
Why teams look for a portatour alternative
The first reason is the CRM. portatour's integrations page lists "Manual import (Excel/CSV)", Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM Sales, Veeva CRM, Zoho and "Other CRM/ERP systems", and for that last group it says: "if it can export and import Excel or CSV files, then you can synchronize your customers, appointments, reports, tasks and users with portatour". For a CRM not on its list, portatour's own routes are an Excel or CSV file or its API from two licenses. Lead Mapper connects to the CRM itself, so a new account or a new owner is on the map at the next sync.
The second is the minimum. The Salesforce connector starts at 10 licenses, Dynamics at 10 and Veeva at 50, per portatour's pricing page read 2 November 2026. A five-rep Salesforce pilot has to clear a 10-license floor, and a 30-rep pharma team on Veeva a 50-license one. Lead Mapper connects HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics and eight more CRMs on the first seat, so the pilot is the size of the team that tests it.
The third is the contract: 3- or 12-month billing cycles invoiced in advance, and Territory Optimization adds "Min. billing cycle: 12 months". Lead Mapper is billed per user per month, and the 7-day free trial runs on your own accounts before anyone signs.
portatour reviews: what the stores and review sites show
The Android app, "portatour® Sales Route Planner", was last updated on 19 August 2025, and a search of Apple's US App Store for portatour returns no portatour listing; portatour describes itself as "an online-web-application with support for offline data storage". In the 2026 reviews on Software Finder, the downsides named include the sync once and the price twice:
- "The customer data synchronization feels a bit outdated and would benefit from more modern API-based options." (Software Finder, June 2026)
- "the monthly usage costs are relatively high." (Software Finder, June 2026)
- "To me the only real downside is the relatively high price." (Software Finder, July 2026)
| Platform | What it shows for portatour |

What portatour pricing means for a team of 20 to 100 reps
portatour's pricing calculator shows its list prices without a call, and so do Badger Maps and Map My Customers. Lead Mapper's row needs no call either: no seat minimum and a 7-day free trial on your own accounts.
| Reps | Lead Mapper at $27 list | Badger Maps Business (annual) | Map My Customers Industry Leader | portatour Route Planner with Salesforce connector (12 months, EUR) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $1,620 | $3,480 | $5,940 | €10,194 (10 licenses) |
| 20 | $6,480 | $13,920 | $23,760 | €20,388 |
| 40 | $12,960 | $27,840 | $47,520 | €40,776 |
List price per user per month times reps times 12, the lowest published team plan with routing. Badger Maps Business $58 billed annually; Map My Customers $99 paid annually, minimum 5 users. portatour: Route Planner €84.95 per license per month with the Salesforce connector, excl. VAT, 10-license minimum, from its pricing calculator; 50+ licenses by quote. Read 2 November 2026.
A 30-rep pharma team on Veeva pays portatour for 50 licenses, €50,970 a year, and a five-rep Salesforce pilot pays for ten. For teams of 20 to 100 reps, Lead Mapper also builds modules around the way they sell, such as a call-cycle view for target accounts, the territory rule your CRM owner field needs or the report your VP reads on Monday, with the plan set with your team.
Moving from portatour to Lead Mapper in one week
Day one, connect the CRM. Sign in, pick your CRM on the "Connect Your CRM" screen, and the first sync runs in the background; the map is full within 30 minutes. A customer list exported from portatour as Excel or CSV lands on the same map, so accounts outside the CRM come along.
Day two, rebuild the territories. Draw each rep's area on the map and assign it. Accounts inside it get their owner, so the territory lives in the CRM owner field.
Day three, route the longest real day. Take the rep with the most visits, build the route, then cancel two stops and rebuild. Lead Mapper rebuilds that route in seconds.
Day four and five, run it in the field. Reps drive the route in the mobile app, mark every visit, and the manager sees each one in the CRM as an activity on the account. Lead Mapper shows the manager every rep's visits, skips and routes in one view.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
For a team of 20 to 100 reps on HubSpot or Pipedrive, Lead Mapper is a portatour alternative that reads the CRM directly: accounts on a map, territories in the owner field, routes of 6,000+ stops and every visit written back, from the first seat on a 7-day free trial without a card.
Lead Mapper is $27 per user per month with routing, territories, prospecting and CRM sync in the seat; portatour Route Planner is €79.95 "per person per month excl. VAT" on a 12-month contract invoiced in advance, €74.95 from 10 licenses, plus €10 for the Salesforce, Dynamics or Veeva connector (pricing calculator, read 2 November 2026). Its Salesforce and Dynamics connectors start at 10 licenses and Veeva at 50, and from 50 licenses portatour quotes through its sales team.
Lead Mapper and portatour both run on a phone: portatour calls itself "an online-web-application with support for offline data storage", its Android app was last updated on 19 August 2025, and a search of Apple's US App Store returned no portatour listing (read 2 November 2026). The Lead Mapper app runs each route in driving mode and sends every visit marked done back to the CRM.
Lead Mapper connects to Salesforce from the first seat, assigns territories through the Salesforce owner field and writes each visit back as an activity; portatour's Salesforce connector starts at 10 licenses, and its Dynamics connector at 10, per its pricing page read 2 November 2026.
Lead Mapper connects to eleven CRMs without code, and the Lead Mapper API covers systems beyond that. portatour says its API connection "is available from two field service licenses", and its ISV API for integrators plans "Up to 125 stops per day or week" (read 2 November 2026).
Lead Mapper answers two of the downsides that portatour's 2026 reviews on Software Finder name: the sync ("feels a bit outdated") and the price ("relatively high"). Lead Mapper reads each CRM through the CRM's own API, and a 7-day free trial on your own accounts settles the rest before anyone signs.
Lead Mapper connects to HubSpot directly; HubSpot is not a listed portatour connector on its integration, pricing or FAQ pages (read 2 November 2026), and for other CRMs portatour names Excel or CSV files and its API.
