RepMove pricing in 2026: $54 up to 10 users, $80 from the 11th, and the bill for 20 to 100 reps

RepMove pricing is $54 per user per month on Sales Pro, "For up to 10 users", and $80 on Accelerate, "For 11+ users", billed annually, read from repmove.app/pricing and RepMove's terms on 9 October 2026.

RepMove pricing: the short answer

RepMove pricing in October 2026 is $54 per user per month for Sales Pro and $80 for Accelerate, billed annually. Billed monthly they are $59.99 and $87.99. Sales Pro is "For up to 10 users", Accelerate is "For 11+ users", so a team of 20 to 100 reps pays the Accelerate price: $19,200 a year for 20 users, billed annually (our arithmetic). Flex, $16.67 billed annually, is "For individual users".

At list price the 11th user adds $4,080 a year. Ten users on Sales Pro cost $6,480 billed annually. Eleven users on Accelerate cost $10,560. The listings that show up first for "repmove pricing" quote one entry price or two annual prices in their search results; the user line, the 10,000 record limit on Sales Pro and the integration split are only on RepMove's own page.

Lead Mapper is $27 per user per month at every team size: 11 users cost $3,564 a year, 20 cost $6,480, 100 cost $32,400, which is $63,600 less than RepMove Accelerate. No tier change, no seat minimum, month to month, your CRM and routes in every seat. Start free trial: your CRM on the map within 30 minutes, no sales call.

RepMove pricing at a glance: three plans, three billing cycles

RepMove publishes three plans, each priced per user per month. The page shows annual, quarterly and monthly prices for Sales Pro and Accelerate, and annual and monthly for Flex; it lists no quarterly Flex price.

PlanBilled annuallyBilled quarterlyBilled monthlyRepMove's own labelLimits on the page
Flex$16.67not listed$19.99"For individual users"mobile app, routes, notes
Sales Pro$54$56.99$59.99"For up to 10 users""Up to 10,000 records", "One-way integrations"

Lead Mapper$27$27$27any team size12 CRMs, territories, routes in every seat

The page labels the annual price "10% savings" and the quarterly price "5% savings". Flex is RepMove's plan "For individual users". A team starts on Sales Pro from the second user and moves to Accelerate at the eleventh. At every one of those sizes the Lead Mapper seat is the same $27.

Why the RepMove pricing you found on Google is incomplete

We set the live page next to what the search results for "repmove pricing" showed on 9 October 2026. Software Advice's listing showed Sales Pro at $53.99 and Accelerate at $79.99, the annual prices a cent apart, with no monthly figures. GetApp and its Capterra siblings showed "US$19.99" and a "free version"; $19.99 is Flex billed monthly, and RepMove's own pricing page carries "Get Started Free" buttons for a trial but no plan at $0. RepMove's own mobile CRM page says "Pricing starts at $19.99 per month per user or $199 per year per user", while its pricing page puts Flex at $16.67 a month billed annually, $200.04 a year.

The search results we saw do not carry the four facts that move a team's bill:

  • The user line. Sales Pro stops at 10 users; Accelerate starts at 11.
  • The record line. Sales Pro lists "Up to 10,000 records".
  • The integration line. "One-way integrations" on Sales Pro, "Two-way app integration" on Accelerate.
  • The exit. Sales Pro and Accelerate cancel by email; uninstalling the app does not cancel.

One scale for all bars. From the 11th user every RepMove seat is an Accelerate seat at $80 list, 2.96 times a $27 Lead Mapper seat. Whatever discount you are offered, divide the quoted total by seats and by 12: to reach $27, an Accelerate quote would have to cut the $80 list price by about 66 percent.

40 reps with routes and your CRM: $12,960 a year, not $38,400.

Every rep gets the territory and an optimized route in the phone app, and the 11th hire costs $324 a year, not $4,080. $27 per user per month, no seat minimum, a 7 day trial without a sales call.

The moments that change your RepMove pricing bill

You hire the 11th rep. The 11th seat reprices the whole team on RepMove's published labels: not one new seat at $54, but eleven seats at $80. At 9 or 10 reps, settle the hire date before you sign the annual term. The ten existing seats move up $26 each, 10 x $26 x 12 = $3,120 a year, and the new seat adds $960. Together $4,080, billed annually. On Lead Mapper the same hire adds $324.

Your CRM crosses 10,000 records. Sales Pro lists "Up to 10,000 records", Accelerate "10,000+ records". RepMove's page does not define a record. If it counts CRM accounts, a distributor with 8 reps and 12,000 customer and prospect accounts is under the user line and over the record line, and the Accelerate price for 8 is 8 x $80 x 12 = $7,680 a year, against $2,592 on Lead Mapper. On Lead Mapper 12,000 accounts or 120,000 change nothing: there is no record tier, the seat stays $27.

You want visit notes back in the CRM. Sales Pro lists "One-way integrations". RepMove's integrations page names Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and five rental and dealer systems, but the one-way or two-way line appears only on the pricing page. A manager who wants notes in Salesforce or HubSpot without retyping them is asking for the Accelerate feature at the Accelerate price. On Lead Mapper we set up two-way sync for your team in the $27 seat.

You pay monthly because the team is still forming. Accelerate billed monthly is $87.99. For 20 users that is $21,117.60 a year against $19,200 billed annually: $1,917.60 more a year for monthly billing. Lead Mapper costs the same $27 month to month.

RepMove pricing terms: what the contract says at renewal

From RepMove's terms and conditions (repmove.app/terms-and-conditions, read 9 October 2026) and its help center:

  • Renewal: "At the end of the initial term, subscriptions are automatically extended for an unlimited period, unless the User terminates before the end of such term."
  • After the first term: "the subscription will last for an indefinite period and may be terminated monthly." Notice received "by the end of the current month" ends the subscription at the end of that month.
  • Withdrawal: "The right of withdrawal only applies to European Consumers." A US company buying for its sales team is not one.
  • Prices: "subject to change without notice". Keep a copy of the quote you sign.
  • How to cancel: for Sales Pro and Accelerate, "please email us at support@repmove.app to request cancellation". Flex runs through the App Store or Google Play, and "Just uninstalling the app will not cancel the subscription."

These are RepMove's public terms. Read the order form against them before you sign. In practice, put two dates in the signer's calendar: the end of the initial term, and the last day of the month before the month you no longer want to pay, with support@repmove.app next to it. Lead Mapper bills $27 per user per month: add a seat when a rep starts, remove it when the rep leaves.

A check a manager with 40 reps can run tomorrow

  1. Count seats, not reps. Add managers, trainees on ride-alongs and the inside rep who plans routes. If the total reaches 11, you are an Accelerate customer.
  2. Pull the record count from your CRM: accounts plus prospects. Above 10,000, ask RepMove what the Sales Pro limit does to your plan.
  3. Price the right row twice: seats x $80 x 12 billed annually and seats x $87.99 x 12 billed monthly. For 40 seats: $38,400 or $42,235.20.
  4. Price the same seats on Lead Mapper: 40 x $27 x 12 = $12,960 a year, $1,080 a month. The gap to RepMove Accelerate, $25,440 a year, is the price of about 78 more Lead Mapper seats.
  5. Write down the term end and the notice route before you sign, not at renewal.

The field sales software cost calculator runs the same multiplication for every other tool on your list.

Three questions for the RepMove quote on your desk

  1. Which plan is every seat on at our exact headcount, and what is the total billed annually and billed monthly?
  2. Our CRM holds this many records. Is that inside the plan, and what happens above 10,000?
  3. Which of our CRM objects sync two-way on the quoted plan, and is that listed on the order form?

Put the answers next to what every $27 Lead Mapper seat includes:

  • Your CRM on the map within 30 minutes: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, NetSuite and six more, no add-on, no record tier.
  • Two-way sync: we set it up with your team during the trial, so visits and notes land back in your CRM.
  • Territories drawn by hand or as drive time areas from 1 to 60 minutes.
  • Optimized routes on every rep's phone, with routes of up to 6,000 stops.
  • Your RepMove export imported: our team loads it on day 2 of the trial, so you compare on your own accounts.

Start with your own RepMove export.

We load it on day 2 of the 7 day trial and build your first territories with you, so you compare on your own accounts before day 7. One seat type at $27 per user per month for planners and reps, no plan change at 11 users, month to month.
