Route4Me reviews without the parcel recipients: 48 of 86 still low

Fourteen of the 100 Google Play reviews, 12 of them low, come from people waiting for a package or a visit and tracking it in the app. Route4Me answers them itself, on Google Play, 22 September 2026: "Please note that Route4Me is the software used by delivery companies for route planning; we do not handle or manage the deliveries themselves."

Take all 14 out and 48 of the other 86 Google Play reviews are still at three stars or fewer, 33 of them at one star. Those who say what they route name freight and deliveries: "Canadian trucker doesn't need Denmark and South Africa addresses" (September 2026), "Useless in montreal for delivery" (March 2026). One routes sales leads, September 2026, one star: "used to work perfectly for routing my own leads. they have out in tons of restrictions for some ungodly reason."

A Lead Mapper route has no parcel at the end of it. Every stop is an account, lead or deal from your own CRM, owned by the rep who drives to it, and the visit lands on that record when the rep marks the stop done.

Route4Me reviews and the CRM: what the pricing page calls a Last Mile TMS

Route4Me's pricing page (route4me.com/pricing, which forwards to route4me.com/get-started, read 17 October 2026) is headed "Try Our Proven Mission-Critical Last Mile TMS". The last mile is the final leg of a delivery; TMS stands for transportation management system. The row "ERP and CRM Platforms" reads "Contact Us" in all three plans. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive were not among the 17 integrations on Route4Me's G2 profile when we read it on 27 July 2026; the profile names "telematics vendors such as Verizon Connect, Geotab, Samsara, Azuga". G2 lists "Time to Implement" as 2 months.

Route4Me's own Google Play description, read 29 July 2026: "This app is for professional drivers & couriers". A Capterra reviewer, May 2023: "It seems like a program specifically developed and directly generalized for product delivery drivers."

Lead Mapper starts in the CRM. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and seven more connect from the first screen after sign-in, and your accounts are usually on the map within 30 minutes, filtered by owner and deal stage.

Reading Route4Me reviews as a manager with 40 reps

A VP asks two things after a week in the field: does every visit exist in the CRM, and can I see the week per rep without asking? The Route4Me reviews on Google Play answer neither, because nobody in them asks. The one review in the 100 that mentions reporting, February 2026: "great route driver tool but no reporting". Lead Mapper answers both: the manager sees each rep's week of visits, and every visit is an activity on the CRM record.

  • Read by who wrote it. The Google Play reviewers who name their work deliver, drive freight or wait for a parcel; one routes sales leads. A rep who visits accounts needs the account, its owner and its deal stage on the map, which is where Lead Mapper starts.
  • Read the newest first. The 44 Google Play reviews written in 2026 average 2.75 stars, against 4.4 on the store page.
  • Test with the team, not one seat. In the Lead Mapper trial every rep drives real routes from your CRM on their own phone for 7 days, and on day 7 you open the CRM and read each visit as an activity.
