GoHighLevel route planning: the short answer
GoHighLevel route planning for sales reps is an open request on GHL's own Ideas board. The post "Route Planning in Mobile App" has 51 votes since January 16, 2025 and carried no status when we read it on October 10, 2026. The post GHL moved to IN PROGRESS on August 18, 2026 is a different one: "Dispatching (Job Scheduling / Service Routing / Resource Allocation)", 465 votes, written to "assign the right technician to the right job every time."
Neither Badger Maps nor Map My Customers lists GHL among its integrations; the link we found runs through Zapier, where GHL is listed as "LeadConnector". Mapsly connects to GHL's API with a Private Integration Token, but its Essential plan "supports routing for individual users only, and only for one day."
Lead Mapper connects to GHL directly and routes the whole team. It reads your contacts, tags, custom fields and opportunities with pipeline stage, status and value, puts them on the map within 30 minutes, draws drive time territories from 1 to 60 minutes and sends every rep an ordered route with drive mode. $27 per user per month, no seat minimum, a 7 day trial without a sales call. Keep your GHL plan and its unlimited users: for 40 reps the route layer costs less than half of Badger Maps Business at its annual rate (our arithmetic, table below). Connect GoHighLevel and see your first routes within 30 minutes.
| The question a GHL sales manager has | The answer, in one line |
|---|---|
| Does GHL plan routes for sales reps | Requested on its Ideas board: 51 votes since January 2025, no status |
| What do reps do meanwhile | Copy addresses into Google Maps, in a GHL user's own words |
| Do Badger Maps or Map My Customers connect natively | Not listed; the Zapier listings connect them via "LeadConnector" |
| What does Lead Mapper cost for 20 reps | $540 a month on top of your GHL plan, no seat minimum |
7:15 in the truck: one GHL contact, one Maps tab, eight times
Picture a roofing sales manager with 40 reps on GoHighLevel. The storm leads came in overnight and the follow-up texts went out on their own. Then a rep sits in the truck at 7:15, opens the first contact on the phone, taps the address, Google Maps opens, he drives. At the house he goes back to GHL, opens the next contact, taps the next address. Eight times. Nobody decided the order. The order is whatever the list showed.
One GHL user put that morning in a single sentence on the Ideas board: "I want to stop copy and pasting Appointment addresses into Google to get a route." Christian Reed wrote it under "Add google maps API for contact/opportunity address.", a post with 224 votes since July 6, 2020. GHL's mobile release 4.19.1 names the step that exists today: "open addresses in Maps". One address, one maps app. The order of the day stays with the rep.
GoHighLevel maps and route planning on the Ideas board: 122 votes, no status
GHL runs its roadmap in public, and the map requests are old. We counted five posts that ask for a map of your own contacts or a route through them. None of them carried a status tag on October 10, 2026.
| Ideas board post | Opened | Votes | In the writer's words |
|---|---|---|---|
| Route Planning in Mobile App | January 16, 2025 | 51 | "much more useful for anyone doing door-to-door B2B sales on the app." |
| show all contacts in an area on a map | May 22, 2023 | 27 | "This is awesome for anyone managing a physical territory for sales or customer service." |
| Add Maps view for Contact Address | April 9, 2025 | 16 | Title only, no description |
| Map Overlay That Optimizes Walking Route for Door to Door in Contacts | October 4, 2023 | 15 | "create the most optimized path for reps to knock all of the doors within the filtered area." |
| Ability to map out a route to visit customers/prospects | June 16, 2025 | 13 | "Need to have the ability to create a route for visiting customers or prospects." |
Our sum: 51 + 27 + 16 + 15 + 13 = 122 votes on five posts. Votes, not people; one person can vote on several posts.
The authors say why they want it. Turner Kuell opened the route post so that GHL could "compete with Map My Customers and other mobile-first sales CRMs". Under the contacts map post, Robert Kafka wrote on August 5, 2023 that a map of contacts "would be enough for me to upgrade to the white label app." Under the customer route post, All Contracting Group Pty Ltd commented on April 16, 2026: "Similar to Mapsly Please".
Dispatch for technicians is not GoHighLevel route planning for reps
The one routing post that moved is about crews. Its description sets the goal as to "assign the right technician to the right job every time, considering location, skillset, and job priority." GHL's pinned reply from July 20, 2026 reads: "We're actively exploring routing and dispatching for home services." GHL folded older route posts into this one, but its description and pinned reply scope the work to technicians and home services.
A technician gets the job a dispatcher assigns. A sales rep chooses which open opportunities to see and in which order; the sales route post stays separate, at 51 votes, without status. Turner Kuell said it inside the dispatch thread on April 16, 2025: "We have field sales reps that want to plan their day based on where they start, and being able to pull addresses from HighLevel into a route would make our transition away from other software be much more painless!" GHL's Bulk Prospecting has a "Map + table view", but it finds new local leads from Google Maps within "up to ~30 miles", not the contacts already in your account.
Route planner for GoHighLevel: what each tool's own pages say
Every row comes from the vendor's integration, setup or pricing page, read October 10, 2026. Where a page says nothing about GHL, the row says so.
| Option | How GHL data gets in | Team planning | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHL itself | Built in; the mobile app can "open addresses in Maps" (release 4.19.1) | Dispatch for technicians IN PROGRESS; sales route post without status | Starter $97, Unlimited $297, Agency Pro $497 a month |
| Mapsly | "a standalone software platform that exchanges data with your GoHighLevel account through its API", set up with a Private Integration Token and Location ID | Essential: "individual users only, and only for one day"; several users or days need Pro or Enterprise | In euros per user per month on annual billing: Essential €26, Pro €47, Enterprise €68; on monthly billing Essential €30 and Pro €55 |
| Badger Maps | No HighLevel connection among the integrations on its pricing page; Zapier template "Create new Badger Maps accounts when pipeline stages change in LeadConnector" | Not stated for GHL | Business "$58 /mo Per user, billed annually" |
| Map My Customers | No GHL connection on its integration page, which offers "Zapier, or use our public API" | Not stated for GHL | "Industry Leader $99 /user/mo paid annually"; minimum 5 users |
| Lead Mapper | Direct connection with a Private Integration Token and your Location ID, or GHL OAuth; contacts, tags, custom fields and opportunities with pipeline stage, status and value | A route for each rep and each day, from one account; drive time territories 1 to 60 minutes | $27 per user per month, $47 with AI, no minimum |
Give 40 reps an ordered day from your GHL contacts.
Connect GoHighLevel, filter by tag or pipeline stage, draw a drive time territory and send tomorrow's first route to the phone. $27 per user per month, no seat minimum, no demo call, a 7 day trial.
Start free trialZapier in the middle, and the agency that maintains it
Where Badger Maps and Map My Customers connect to GHL through Zapier, a pipeline stage changes in LeadConnector and a record is created or updated in the route app. The map, the territory and the route then live in the second app, and someone builds and maintains those Zaps in every client sub-account.
If you run GHL in SaaS Mode for roofers, HVAC or trades, you hear the question in the sales call: the prospect likes the automations, then asks how his reps plan Tuesday. Brandan Tobin wrote about that call on January 21, 2025: "Many of our clients use House Call Pro and features like this, and it having it in GHL makes it very difficult to get them to leave HCP for us. Intregrating things like Routific don't always work well". The next comment that day, from Bryce Claudin: "You could automate this. Use n8n or Make." In the same comment: "Not as convenient as in the app though obviously." That is a small software project the agency now owns.
Lead Mapper skips the middle layer. It reads the GHL location itself, keeps the opportunity stage, status and value on the pin, and links every pin back to the contact in GHL. Each sub-account connects with its own Location ID. For teams that want visits back in GHL, we set up the write-back of visits and notes for your team together with the first territories.
What GoHighLevel route planning costs at 20, 40 and 100 reps
GHL prices the account, not the seat: "On all plans, you get unlimited contacts and unlimited users (team members)." Your GHL plan stays as it is. Route tools price the seat, so team size decides the bill. Lead Mapper is shown at $27 per user per month billed monthly; Badger Maps Business and Map My Customers Industry Leader at their published annual rates.
| Reps | Lead Mapper per month | Lead Mapper per year, monthly billing | Badger Business per year, annual billing | Map My Customers per year, annual billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | $540 | $6,480 | $13,920 | $23,760 |
| 40 | $1,080 | $12,960 | $27,840 | $47,520 |
| 100 | $2,700 | $32,400 | $69,600 | $118,800 |
Our arithmetic from published per user prices, for example 40 x $27 x 12 = $12,960. Mapsly Pro, its first plan that routes several users over several days, comes to €22,560 a year at 40 reps (€47 per user per month on annual billing, in euros). At 40 reps that keeps $14,880 a year against Badger Business and $34,560 against Map My Customers, before any Zapier plan. Map My Customers states "Plans are based on a 12-month commitment"; Lead Mapper starts at one rep and $27, so an agency can pilot on a single sub-account, and a 20 rep client team adds $540 a month that you can price into your own offer. Start free for 7 days, no sales call.
Tomorrow morning: one hour, 40 reps, no copy and paste
This runs on your own GHL location this afternoon.
- Start every route at the rep's real start point, home or yard, not the office. Raymond Strippy asked GHL for it on September 9, 2026, for technicians: "optimizing from each technicians home instead of from the office". A rep's day starts the same way.
- Filter the map to the stage your reps close from, say "Inspection booked" or "Estimate sent", and draw a 45 minute drive time area around each start point.
- Count the pins in each area. In the Lead Mapper Field Sales Benchmark 2026 (3,508 planned routes, all industries) the middle half of routes runs 6 to 22 stops and the team median is 7.8; if an area holds fewer pins than one of your reps visits in a day, widen it.
- Take the 7 or 8 pins with the highest opportunity value that sit closest together and route them. 40 reps at the benchmark team median plan 312 stops a day (our model: 40 x 7.8), in order and on the phone before 7:15.
Run it for 5 reps first, then roll it out to the other 35. If a rep's area has 3 pins, the territory is wrong, not the rep. Or send us your reps' start points and we build the first drive time territories with you. Run it on your GHL opportunities.
GoHighLevel route planning in Lead Mapper, four steps
- Connect GoHighLevel with a Private Integration Token and your Location ID, or GHL OAuth. Contacts, tags, custom fields and opportunities arrive on the map within 30 minutes.
- Filter by tag, custom field, pipeline stage, opportunity status or value.
- Draw territories by hand, by boundary or as drive time areas from 1 to 60 minutes, one per rep.
- Route to the phone. Stops in the best order from each rep's start, multi-day routes you can share with each rep, drive mode in Google Maps or Apple Maps, export to PDF, KML, CSV, GPX or a calendar file.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Not as a feature we could find. On the GHL Ideas board the post "Route Planning in Mobile App" has 51 votes since January 16, 2025 and no status on October 10, 2026. GHL is building dispatch for home service technicians (465 votes, IN PROGRESS). Lead Mapper reads your GHL contacts and opportunities and plans an ordered route for every rep, from $27 per user per month.
It is requested on the Ideas board: "show all contacts in an area on a map" has 27 votes since May 22, 2023 and "Add Maps view for Contact Address" 16 votes, neither with a status. The mobile app opens a single address in a maps app. Lead Mapper puts every GHL contact with an address, with its opportunity stage, status and value, on one map within 30 minutes, filterable by tag, stage and custom field.
No. The dispatching post (465 votes, IN PROGRESS since August 18, 2026) aims to "assign the right technician to the right job every time", and GHL's pinned reply speaks of "routing and dispatching for home services". A sales rep chooses which accounts to visit and in which order, which is what Lead Mapper plans.
Lead Mapper connects directly with a Private Integration Token and your Location ID, or through GHL OAuth. Mapsly connects through a Private Integration Token, with Essential limited to "individual users only, and only for one day." Badger Maps and Map My Customers reach GHL through Zapier, where GHL is listed as LeadConnector.
GHL itself includes unlimited users on every plan. Lead Mapper adds $27 per rep per month, $1,080 a month or $12,960 a year for 40 reps. Badger Maps Business at its published annual rate is $27,840 a year and Map My Customers $47,520. All our arithmetic from published per user prices.
Yes. Each client team connects its own GHL location to Lead Mapper and pays per rep who uses the map, $27 per user per month with no seat minimum. A 20 rep roofing client adds $540 a month (our arithmetic), and we set up the first territories and routes with you.
Your GHL contacts and opportunities are on the map within 30 minutes of connecting. The 7 day trial starts without a sales call and there is no seat minimum, so a pilot can begin with one rep at $27 a month.
